This is a living nightmare. Original review: 13 miles after receiving an oil change from manager Rob, my car engine stopped working completely. I was in contact, via text, twice with the manager. He sent a tech out who could not figure it out. After the manager "looked at the tapes," he fled his place of work and lied to his staff about coming back. After nearly three hours of waiting for the tow truck they called and waiting for Rob to come back-- we were forced to leave my car at Valvoline and take a $50 Lyft home. I was able to start a case with Valvoline, but I have received NO communication from the manager Rob or area manager Grant. My engine in my car is no longer working directly after an oil service, and the local leadership has not communicated at all. No rental car, no help getting back home (we were visiting Bloomington). They were actually useless. Eager to find out what damage they have caused to my vehicle-- DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE

It took about five minutes. Advance auto did a diagnostic test which showed the same diagnostic. They also did a vehicle check which I did ask for or authorize. They did't find anything else other then the original bank one sensor. They charge me $155.00 for a diagnostic that I had already received from another shop for free. They never mentioned the vehicle inspection or the charge for it until the vehicle was ready for pickup. Never again.

Note- be sure to make sure their system is correct in listing your oil type. My car says 5w-20 on the oil cap, and their system said 5w-30. They were very nice when I noticed the 5w-30 listed on my sticker and requested the other. Time it right and you're in and out quickly! There is an attached car wash, but I'm not sure if it works.

got new tires for my car. techs were friendly. so was the service advisor…read more after my service I was washing my wheels and found a 12" scratch on my driver front wheel from the mounting machine. looked at my side skirts and found scratches from the lift. I originally thought my driver side tires were backwards and was corrected on that when I came in to discuss the damages. however, the manager was coming up with every excuse as why his shop didn't cause the damages to my car. this is the first time new tires have been put on. the damages to my wheel are clearly from his shop and my side skirts have matching scratch marks on driver and passenger sides. not pleased with how this shop handles their mistakes. Easier to say it happened before than own it.
