It took about five minutes. Advance auto did a diagnostic test which showed the same diagnostic. They also did a vehicle check which I did ask for or authorize. They did't find anything else other then the original bank one sensor. They charge me $155.00 for a diagnostic that I had already received from another shop for free. They never mentioned the vehicle inspection or the charge for it until the vehicle was ready for pickup. Never again.

Bent pipes, re-did O2 sensor mounts, hangers, one after another the prices seemed very reasonable to me. Call ahead; they get busy. My problem cost $75. Yours might be more, or less, depending on the problem. They do this all day, nothing else. This is my third time here. It's not a glitzy customer experience with fru-fru seats and coffee maker. Instead, you're in, estimated, and out. In my experience, it was high value, good quality, no BS, and out the door.

This was after 3 days of it just sitting there. I finally had to have it towed to another shop to be fixed and they were able fix it the SAME DAY with no issues. They told me they had no idea what BBP was talking about. No one ever called me to communicate that they werent able to fix it. They just let it sit there for days until I called. They also seem to over book themselves quite a bit. They dont have enough mechanics to fix the cars they currently have... but they still keep accepting new cars.. which ends up making people wait for longer periods of time. It just doesnt seem like a professionally ran business anymore.. they only seem to care about getting cars in and out and having money in their pocket. I've had several friends tell me about having to take their cars back several times due to their issues not being fixed the first time.
