They had all the parts with them Stephen and Georges with the technicians that came out they were very professional. They went that extra step without being asked. They were very clean. I found them to be consistent in price with everybody local to my area. And I would highly recommend them on a personal note. They did not try to oversell me anything, and took an inventory of what they thought was wrong and let us make the decision as to what we wanted fixed. I don't think you can ask for more than that. Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. In all, I spent more than the original quote, but that was because of the additional work that was needed. I'm retired Army, so Trinity also gave me military discount.
