The garage door spring broke on my 16' double door on Friday, July 3rd. I needed to get it fixed the same day. I made a service request and Trinity and another highly-rated company responded very quickly, but the other company could not guarantee same-day service. Both had reasonable quotes. Trinity was VERY communicative, updating me on Tyler's expected arrival time. Tyler arrived about 2 hours after I made the service request. As it turned out, it wasn't just the spring that was broken. The shaft and bearings were in need of replacement also. Tyler showed me all of the damage and was very friendly, professional and courteous. It took him about an hour to make the repairs. In all, I spent more than the original quote, but that was because of the additional work that was needed. I'm retired Army, so Trinity also gave me military discount. I am very impressed by the honesty and professionalism of Tech Jonah. We have used this company for many, many years. He solved the problem by reprogramming the motor and performed lubrication maintenance. The door operates properly and is much more quiet. The bill was $149. I'd contacted Trinity Garage to assess what I deemed to be a strange noise coming from my garage door. To be clear, this is a new house (to me) and first time having a garage. The appointment process was super fast and kept me informed. The system they use provided a picture of the tech who was to arrive. Communication with the tech (Andre) was great. I am writing this review from California as my mom lives in Spring Hill and had a gargage door not working and stuck getting the car out. She called me early in the morning with another local company on speaker that was on site that came and gave her an estimate of $3400 to replace out the motor and a few rollers. I had to get my springs replaced at my rental property just north of downtown tampa.
