this is the best record store that i have ever visited. ive been there many times and the service is absolutely amazing. both the owner and other staff members are so kind and knowledgeable - always a pleasure to speak to. the vinyl selection is so diverse, ranging from first-press/rare to new releases. however, the "vintage item" aspect of the store is not great. the selection is small and often overpriced. though, i still enjoy looking through new stock as it comes in. worth checking out, especially with so many other consignment stores and places to eat in the area. leesburg in general is so cute! read more

This record store is the best! They have a fantastic mix of old and new music that's always fresh. I've been here so many times that I can't count how many times I've asked, "Do you know of anything new I could check out?" And without missing a beat, the owner immediately heads to the bins, flips through the vinyl, and like a musical King Arthur, pulls the sword from the stone! Okay, maybe that was an exaggeration, but he definitely knows his stuff and has never been wrong. This is one of the absolute coolest vinyl shops in Northern Virginia - a hidden gem! The parking lot leaves much to be desired, but if you can find street parking instead, that's much more convenient. This shop has an amazing selection of of new and vintage vinyls, as well as related oddities such as vintage clothing, furniture and Knick knacks. They even have used CDs (great selection) and vintage 45s, as well as cool decor and vintage collections such as a very cool Beatles display. I wish they would start to carry new 7 inch vinyls (such as Sabrina Carpenter, Chappell Roan, etc). I also wish they participated in Record Store Day. Their new vinyls upstairs are amazing and fair prices. I would much rather buy from them than Amazon. I love this place and can only hope they continue to expand and stay for years to come!! read more

I now even buy my high quality inner-sleeves and outer-sleeve protection from Kevin and his crew. They are constantly finding awesome vinyl, and they are always fairly priced! They have hundreds $1 albums as well $3 albums by the bin full! They have also expanded their new vinyl selection and their CD and cassettes! As a collector of vinyl LPs, my heart started beating like a bass out of a speaker when I heard a record store was in Leesburg. Finally, Loudoun has a store where you can get your records that spin right round! The store has the atmosphere of those hole-in-the-wall shops in cities like DC. Stationed upstairs above the cafe, the selections are well organized with $1-2 bargain bins at the bottom. Mostly rock but they carry all genres of music. I left with a jazz, soul, and eagles record after my trip. Affordably priced, you should find some gems here. I'm in Leesburg quite a bit; glad I have another stop to add to my rounds when i frequent the area! read more

The trick is to keep up with their Instagram to find something out of press in 'New Used Arrivals', honestly the best way to get something that might be a hot commodity. Dig Records was a nice little stop in our family visit to Leesburg. It's a little shop with big personality. I enjoyed the worker in the store rotating records that he was prepping for the floor and ended up purchasing one that he played. Everything was well organized and well packaged so that you could navigate easily. They also have some cute vintage jewelry, Jean jackets, etc. I gave 4/5 stars mainly bc it is so small and it didn't really have much selection that set it apart from others (my personal opinion). A hidden gem in leesburg for vinyl lovers. No more trekking off to DC or Frederick for some decent vinyl. 60s and 70s rock are well represented. I picked up some Dylan, Beatles, Morrison, and Chuck Berry. Just listened to all of them and the quality of the vinyl is great. I imagine a lot of time is spent curating.
