To our delight, a class would be starting soon, and there was space for us to join. We happily signed up and prepared to become taffy pulling novices. The class was well organized with clear instructions and plenty of hands-on assistance. I was impressed by how easy it was to do and just how much fun it was. We were able to select our flavors, colors and optional mix-ins and after about an hour and a half, we had made a bag full of taffy to take home with us. Staff was friendly, store was clean, and selection on all products was fabulous. I agree with others that this is the best grocery store around and worth a visit if you're in the area.

Just know that the extra sharp is a whole different flavor profile than the big blocks of regular cheddar and the person at the register should say this is strong, bitter and pungent instead of saying "have you ever had sharp cheddar before."
