Last time we stopped for an Açaí bowl, they were out of bananas. There is a grocery store across the parking lot. However, they couldn't be bothered with going over there to get some. Friendly staff and they answered any questions I had! Most of their smoothies are made with sherbet (not a fan) but the Dominator açaí bowl I had was delicious! They have a small selection of fresh juices available as well as fresh pressed juices. Their rewards program was easy to sign up for. We will be back! read more

First and LAST tome coming here. We waited forever to get our order. The employees kept leaving the room and ignoring all the customers waiting. When we finally got our smoothie after waiting for 20 minutes they had absolutely no flavor, and they were watery and warm. I will never go back to Roxberry. read more

On rush hour times they only have 2 employees, so plan on a longer wait time. But the employees are very polite and nice. They even added my free shot after I orsered because I forgot about it! They're a small shop so no seating inside available but there are tabked outside with umbrellas for shading. The smoothies here are v good, v refreshing on hot hot days. They should turn their flashing neon "open" sign off if they're gonna start turning away customers half an hour before the door-listed closing time and an hour and a half before the closing time listed everywhere online. read more

If your business hours have changed, update them online, it's common courtesy for people who are unaware and it helps prevent people from coming in at 7 in the morning, 2 hours before you actually open. Infuriated with how often this happens. Do better. read more

The employees here were working and fast and with great attitudes. However, we waited over an hour with nothing. Management needs to get more employees in there. well I knew it was to good to be true to have one in our neighborhood right next to Harmons.. Santa Clara you should score a No star 9:15 in the morning on a Saturday.. not busy asked for one of the most simple bowls.. açaí granola bananas peanut butter .. did I mention there next to a Harmons grocery store.. well here is why I say that.. because we don't have bananas? what.. so if you just opened and don't have bananas then I'm assuming workers knew last night before closing.. as I looked more at the menu I'm seeing lots of banana's in the ingredients .. I guess Harmons doesn't have bananas either? ok well it's the first week .. it's great we have all these things opening but there nobody that wants to work where's the manager on this first weekend? the owners? does anybody care stop opening up these places and not training or hiring people that want to work.. sad I won't be back for awhile and as I do work next door at Harmons I hope nobody asks me for my opinion.. read more

The smoothie part tasted amazing and the fruit was fresh, but I was not a very big fan of the granola. It seemed more like seeds than granola. I love their products but I have honestly never had worse service in all 3 times being there. The workers are slow and took upwards of 15 minutes for us to receive my order of one smoothie bowl. My boyfriend and I went a few days later and found the exact same service. I am not one to write reviews, like ever. But I am super unimpressed with the service at this establishment. read more
