Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife is coming to this clinic off a referral at a younger age and was super anxious about the visit to begin with. Instead of having prescriptions filled at the appropriate time following her initial consult, they said they sent it to the pharmacy, but nothing was ever received by the pharmacist. When asked again to send the prescriptions, they sent 1 of 2 to the pharmacist. It took them until less than a week before the procedure to send only 1 of the 2 necessary prep medications to the pharmacist and, as of the time writing this, we're still having issues getting the other medication less than a day ahead of the procedure. Highly, highly recommend a different clinic if possible. read more

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. People kept coming in nurses and staff quite a bit checking on me making sure I was OK before the procedure after the procedure. They are considerate and kind and professional. read more

They went and did colonoscopy on me. They did not look to see if there's any polyps or do any biopsies and after my follow up, they told me to just take MiraLAX every day and I shouldn't be all right yet. I am still having issues. Therefore I went for a second opinion to another gastrologist. read more

This clinic is too big of corporation that patient care or respect is the worse I have ever experienced. I went for help related to stomach and swallowing issues. Was given medication and had an EGD. Which was not normal per discharge papers. Biopsies were done and they had to stretch my esophagus. My two week check up to go over biopsy and medication was put out a month instead of two weeks. then one week from appointment they rescheduled for 6 more weeks out. I explained the medication was not helping and I was told there is nothing they can do about it until my appointment and they won't discuss results over phone. She was completely rude and lacking any empathy whatsoever. This clinic lack personal warmth or compassion. Just another cold herd them in and get them out mentality clinic in Panama City Fl. The dollar at this clinic is more important than patient care. Also I'd like to add that my husband was a physician of internal medicine and I am a retired RN with a lot of exposure to doctors, hospitals and medical clinics in the course of my career. I have to say again this was the worst experience and treatment by a medical staff and clinic I've had. read more

I have had nothing but problems with Florida Panhandle Anesthesia Assoiates that practice out of this facility. I had a procedure done Sept '22. I received and paid the bills to the facility and MD with no problem. Never received an anesthesia bill. I started getting calls 2 months ago from a debt collector. Seems the anesthesia group mailed my bill to an old address from 1997 (27 years ago). Obviously, i never received the bill, so they turned me over to collections. Have been unable to get anyone to answer or return my calls to straighten out this mess! Guess I'm going to have to go by there in person. read more

I have to say how super impressed I've been with my 2 trips to the DDC so far. Dr. Shilpa Reddy and all the staff I interacted with were fantastic! I was super nervous about coming in not ever having to have a colonoscopy or endoscopy. I waited longer than I should have to come in out of fear. Let me tell you while the prep may be a little daunting, they made the day of the procedure feel like a breeze. I was very satisfied with the ease of getting an appointment, my wait time, and the answers to my questions. Thank you to all who were involved with my care. This is nothing but an insurance billing mill. They don't care!!! In fact you don't even see the doctor you'll get a nurse practioner that has no clue what she's doing. In fact she didn't even know what Diveritculosis was or the fact that I had already had a battery of tests. First comment out if her mouth was "how about a colonoscopy" even though I had just had one 3 months earlier. Go somewhere else & save yourself the hassle & frustration. Dr. Reddy is the best Dr. In Bay county . He found out about my sickness and right away got Treatments for it . You do not have to look farther go with Dr. Reddy . Well experienced super nice and know what he is doing . read more

Factory is the right word. They overbook and you wait an hour after your appointment before they even call you back to a room BUT they are certain to get your money. Some have to pay before they are called back some after. Not sure of the difference. Very impersonal place. You are a $ and not much more. AND you will wait a long time for the privilege of paying them. Find another place if you can.... read more

Great, informative, knowledgeable, precise very pleasant staff. Many positive changes in 2yrs. Angela at check in was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was seen in a timely manner and the appointment was in mid afternoon. I was totally surprised. Dr. Reddy was very efficient. He explained everything that he was planning to do. He has always explained everything before and after. Will continue to go to them if ever needing to consult a Gastroenterologist. read more

This place is indeed a money making mill. Had colonoscopy and endo done two weeks ago. Dr. could use some interpersonal communication training. Definitely not GP material. Don't know what my results are as I left my follow up after an hour an a half of waiting and not seeing Dr. They DID take my money up front tho. They all think their time is worth more. Heartless specialists and their minions. Wont be going back for treatment of ANYTHING. Anyone who believes we aren't already living in the days of rationed care isn't paying attention. Had a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy several months ago, allow me to tell you what transpired. The physician recorded on the billing was Doctor Ran who I have never met, the nursing staff was good at that point. There was sone issue found and when I went in for a follow-up again never seeing the mysterious Doctor Rao I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and told to continue most meds including Pepcid (their prescription) and come in in two weeks for a test. Fast forward two weeks I show up for said test and the nurse tells me I should not have been taking the Pepcid and to stop it and make a new appointment. I went home very upset and called later to find out what was the correct procedure and was told the nurse that stopped the test was wrong. Again a new appointment for that test, which fortunately was good so no more antibiotics. Still no mysterious Doctor Rao except on invoices. My opinion is if you can avoid this factory, their prices may be good but if you want attentive treatment from a doctor and a staff that is up to par odds read more
