I've used them for 18 months or…read moreso and been very happy but during this past weekend while boarding, my male dog had a medical issue and the folks at Yepes called me promptly and after I asked them to take him to the vet they called around to find a vet that would see him on a weekend day (an emergency vet was an option but due to their efforts we were able to avoid that). They took him to the vet, picked him up afterwards and administered all medications and cared for him according to the vet's instructions until family could pick him up for me the next day. Nothing to state there is a dog groomer on site! But, hidden behind a closed chain-link gate and mini-trailer is a small room for grooming dogs! I felt like I was trespassing to find this little room. But, I found it! The groomer is very nice and she did a great job with my labradoodle. They were and are phenomenal! We lost one of our fur babies, and one has developed additional medical issues. They listened to what I had to say and worked with me on how I wanted them cared for. My little boy has heart issues as well as fluid on his lungs. When I called I asked them if they had an opening for the express service. They did, and I was glad to pay the extra $10. He was done within the hour. They also did my other ones nails, ears, and teeth while I waited. I didn't have to leave her. I really like this groomer, and my daughter now uses them as well.

I'll admit, I brush my dogs but definitely not as often as I should (life happens and we get busy) and for that I couldn't blame Ms. Beth for having to take his coat down shorter than I'd have liked but I totally realized that was on me. My fur baby was much happier with a short haircut than the knots up against his skin.

When he walked out from the back of the grooming salon I noticed he was walking extremely slow. I thought he was doing that because he was afraid of the other dogs. He cried as he jumped out of the car and walked toward the house. When we enter the house, I immediately assessed him, I found that 3 out of all 4 of his paws had been burned, as shown in the photos. The groomer explained it away, offered to refund me, and suggested that I bring him to my Veterinarian. I was told this happens normally around the feet, not sure in who's world! Their prices are as low as any of the big chains or even the online stores. We get our dogfood there as they carry the big bags we like. What's more, they have loyalty program where you get a free bag of food after so many purchases. They have a large selection of toys and treats. They also offer grooming although we have not used that service yet but it seems popular.
