We live a hundred miles from Rome, NY where the cleanouts needed to be done. John promptly returned our initial call, and a date and time for a rendezvous was agreed to. On that day, John was right on time, friendly, understanding, and very thorough about what he could and would do to meet our needs. He offered suggestions to help keep the house in the best presentable appearance for a future multiple listing effort. He also expressed his strong support of veterans' organizations where he would donate items such as walkers, wheelchairs, canes, and even toilet paper.
