What we received was an undersized gravel mound that was not properly prepared for the structure we paid to install. Unfortunately, we did not realize the pad was not the correct size until our shed was delivered and we watched a significant portion of the shed extend beyond the prepared area and sit unsupported over empty space. I know Nick will likely respond to this saying the ground was not level and required a significant amount of stone. We understand that. We expected to pay for proper site work. The problem is not that the site required work -- the problem is that we paid for a 12x32 pad and did not receive one. Even Nick believed the base was 32 feet long during the project. Once the shed arrived, it became obvious that it was not. Nick claimed he used 16-foot boards during construction to establish the length, but later acknowledged the boards provided no structural purpose, and the photos clearly show shorter boards were used. Regardless, the result speaks for itself. We are now left with: * A shed extending beyond the prepared footprint * Significant visible voids beneath portions of the structure * Extremely steep gravel slopes that continue to shift * Additional expenses to hire other contractors to correct the work The most frustrating part is not the mistake itself -- mistakes happen. The frustrating part is refusing to make it right. We paid for a finished installation and instead received something that now needs to be completely redone by actual experts.

I recently had a massive tree fall in my backyard during a storm - we got lucky that it happened at 2AM, no one was hurt, and it also didn't damage any cars or homes, but it did destroy my fence, shed, and damage my garage. This is the first time I've really ever had to file a home insurance claim, and as anyone who's ever dealt with insurance knows, it can all be very confusing. The way it was explained to me, it seemed like I was going to be stuck paying a very large bill, and insurance would only be covering a very small part of it. As most millennials do, I went to social media for help. Skyler, one of the owners, reached out to me and felt that he could help. He said they had a lot of experience working with insurance and knew how things needed to be written up for it to benefit me most. He seemed to know what he was talking about, so I moved forward with them. And he was correct - insurance ended up covering the entire quote. Unfortunately, the tree fell during a period of weeks long heavy rains, and there were a lot of emergency situations where they weren't able to get to me immediately, but they got to me in the time frame Skyler told me, and any time there was any change, he texted me immediately and always communicated in a timely manner. Skyler was easy to work with, made some compromises to be able to help me, and I felt as if I was a priority for them. No response in over a month Mr Bolster failed to complete jobs he had contracted to do. Failed to complete and to and reasonable standard. Roof incomplete and bad leak over electricial service. Door poor quility build and not secured or finished. Roof and supports done incorrect - zero flashing and roof installed inproperly creating a hazard. Never installed insulation indoor porch - he removed, in August Had girlfriend over and in my garage - without permission, He furnished no reciepts - -bugged me for payment - accepted in full never to be seen again, blamed me He left unused material here - material ment for jobs to be completed. They left so much debris Ciggerette butts - weed stuff - nails everywhere - in where animals are kept. Debris from his buddy kicking my roofing in - not picking trash up He was paid in full - cash - he acknowlweges that- about $ 6000 total. He has posted my private pictures on social media - I requested they be removed - time of essence. A month later pictures still up - someone sent me copies today Mr Bolster has not reponded to BBB requests as required when complaint filled I have to get all this stuff fixed and am in worse position than when I started. *** note if you have anything around - they eye it all and talk about your stuff like it belongs to them.
