He doesn't service my area. Which is bad news for me but good news for everyone he helps. Having good focus on the sweet spot of one's customers means he gets business he can sever well and doesn't get drawn into unprofitable jobs that would impair the quality of his work and availability to his core customers. The first thing he did was ask where I was and let me know his boundaries. Integrity and professionalism shows immediately and he has both. So just because I didn't hire him doesn't mean he didn't serve me well. My refrigerator went out and I called Digi-Appliance Repair for help. Unfortunately, he was so booked up, he could fit me in anytime soon. But, he still managed to help me with sound advice and direction--at no charge! He diagnosed my problem like a prophet, then listed my options to include his professional recommendation! Spoke with Terry on a Saturday about our side by side refrigerator and freezer that wasn't cooling properly. His schedule was booked but he squeezed me in on Monday to come take a look. What a wonderful experience working with Terry he fixed our dishwasher that had been leaking I was able to send him pictures of the faulty part he ordered the part and kept me up-to-date and when he received the part he texted me and was able to get over that same day and install it, his service is well worth every penny, his customer service is impeccable and he was extremely responsive. What a breath of fresh air. . . An honest, customer oriented, hard working, on time, personable gentlemen. . . Terry is your guy for appliance repairs. . . We had called out another company prior to calling DIGI and they sent out some guy who ran late (2-3 hours) no apologies, looked at our refrigerator and said "Oh no, this unit is shot, the refrigerant has gelled up and turned to plastic, trash this unit and buy a new, that will be $75.00". . . But the refrigerator was running fine and keeping everything cold and frozen, but it would continue to make a clicking sounds all day long. . . We found Terry while searching for another company, called him explained what was happening and right off the bat he said "Oh, that's a starter relay, you need to get it replaced ASAP so that it doesn't damage the compressor. . . We asked if he would take care of the this and he said "yes, let me try to locate the part and I will get back to you" within a few hours he had located the part after numerous calls to his supply houses and scheduled us in the next day. . . He had to drive to get the part and came out and fixed our refrigerator. . . What a fabulous outcome, he saved us minimally $1,500.00. . . Our oven went out the Friday evening right before Christmas. We had called every appliance repair in the area. Trying to get someone to come fix the oven, so we could fix Christmas dinner. Even companies that " supposedly" have emergency services wouldn't help. One company even said: "ma'am we don't have Saturday service hours". I Highly, reccomend DIGI. Terry with DIGI was awesome! Not only is he very knowledgable in the field but professional and courteous! We have a 48 inch built in Jenn-Air refrigerator that appliance repair companies were not wanting to repair because how difficult they are to fix. However, Terry didn't mind the challenge.
