My leak has been happening for 7 years with countless people coming out to help (mostly patchwork/sealing) and then even a contractor who came out twice to look (and talk a lot) and was going to do so me dirt fill in thing but... NEVER came back. JP not only came out immediately to look at the job, but he started the work within a few days of that initial inspection. The job took one full day and, what timing-- it rained 3 inches two days later. I would have had to be down there all day with the leak with a wet vac/shop vac in order to avoid water damage. Instead, I went down to check every hour (as it was a practice I was used to whenever it rained) and NO WATER!! The quality of work was amazing --he was a perfectionist about the cementing (the floor he dug up) at the end of the job. Thank JP Adele
