Lies and more lies. False advertising. 9+ months with these losers and only one month has the service worked correctly. High ping times. 0.02 Mbps downloads on a 7.0 Mbps plan? Seriously how incompetent can you be? Multiple service calls, Admissions by tech support of overloaded or faulty towers, promises of upgrades to new technology. You really can't get ANY worse than these guys. EDIT: They never have picked up their own equipment. Called them no fewer than 10 times to do so and that it was sitting in front of my garage waiting for them. Then 6 months after I kept reminding them to come get it they sent me a bill for the equipment. Needless to say I didn't pay the bill for their equipment. I'm a 20 year IT veteran and have dealt with hundreds of ISP. This has to be the worst ISP I've ever had the displeasure of working with. They took over a local ISP and completely borked my business internet service along with the VOIP Phones at the time of this review, we've been 21 days without phone service. 30+ service calls and we still do not have our original contracted service. If you do not have a choice in choosing a broadband or wireless provider, choose another company. If you look at the reviews of this company, you'll see that they don't care about their customers whatsoever. Every single other review give's them a 1 star rating. If I could give this company a lower rating I would. Their customer service is awful. There hours are mon-fri 6-5. If you have a job you can't ever get ahold of them because you'll be at work. If you are late, they will charge you a $25 late fee and a $35 disconnect fee. They told me it would cost $55/month plus tax when I signed up but I haven't paid a single bill below $85. I can't tell you in any stronger words. STAY AWAY FROM RISE BROADBAND (formerly Digis) Also, at peak times your internet will drop by 70-90% of what it should be. UPDATE: after another 4 months of living in 2001, I went crawling back to Comcast. Here I am on a Saturday night getting 60mbps down for roughly the same price as poor Digis. I really wanted it to work. :/ ------- The TL;DR version: good customer service, decent reliability for basic web stuff, a total disappointment for streaming anything. 2 stars seems harsh, but Yelp's help text for 3 stars was "A-OK" and 2 stars was "Meh. I've experienced better." The latter is a much better fit. In a rare moment of following principle over practicality, I dropped Comcast due to the Netflix throttling and their overall terrible stance on all things surrounding net neutrality. I really really want Digis to work well enough. Dropping from Comcast's 40+ mbps service to 10-15mbps is an acceptable tradeoff for me. I don't care about a price difference of $10-15 a month. Digis customer service has actually been pretty good the few times I've made a call. Unfortunately, it's just too dang slow too often. The 10-15mbps is what you'll get at 6 in the morning or 2:30 in the afternoon. I'm paying for the highest package. I'm told I have full signal strength and great line of site to the tower. Their infrastructure just can't handle the load during "peak" times. By definition, peak means the time when the most people are using the most service, and that includes me. They have a billboard sign on I-15 that says "Internet without the buffering." That's what prompted me to come write this review. Too often, I can't get through a 45 second YouTube clip without buffering. This past weekend I rented a movie from iTunes and it took 15-20 minutes to buffer enough that I could start watching. I work, shop, bank, communicate, listen, and watch via the Internet. The speeds I've experienced thus far just feel like a drag. I hate the thought of going back to Comcast, but the tradeoffs of sticking with Digis just aren't proving to be worth it. read more

I've been with Digis for roughly five years now and continue to have one bad experience after another with their technical support and service. The only reason I stay with Digis is because they are the only ISP available in my area. Nodes are completely overloaded (northern Utah/South Weber)!!! Latency is so bad that Xbox Live games can't be played, VPN for work forces me to local coffee shops just to transfer large files. I pay for 10mbps down / 3mbps up and we're lucky to get 2mbps down / 1mbps up. Repeated calls to Support are fruitless. They are quick to say that everything looks good from their end and that they will send a technician out to review tower issues, but never return a call to update on any progress (I'm doubtful that there is any). Once a technician called and indicated that he could do nothing, that the tower is overloaded and there is no issue with the hardware on my roof. All of this after I took a day off from work to rectify the issues (which are still issues). Digis is forcing me to contact neighbors and petition Comcast service in my area. Smart of Comcast that they know we're so frustrated with Digis that I will do their work for them. I imagine if you can connect to a tower not overloaded with a lot of connections that Digis would be a viable ISP for the price. I use Digis for internet in Idaho where they recently expanded and bought out Big Dog Internet. When Digis acquired them I had hopes the service would improve and that has not been the case. The connection has decent speeds during the day time hours when no one is home. From about 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM when people are actually home, awake, and need internet it is very inconsistent and very slow. I log speed test results frequently on my connection and will continue to do so until I can't take it anymore and cancel my service. ( My hope is they will fix their problems and it will get better but it hasn't improved in the past 7 months so I will probably cancel soon.) These guys have been my ISP for 6 years. They've done a great job for us ensuring we have the right plan for our needs. I often have xbox parties where we are heavily gaming online and we stream hours of Netflix for the kids all through the day. I had a great experience when our speeds suddenly dropped. We talked on the phone and after remotely testing, they realized I had a defective or broken piece in my dish. The tech came out the next day to fix it. Definitely my first choice for ISP. read more

An update to my 11/24/2014 1-star review of Digis: Approximately one week after I posted the November 24th review, a representative from Digis' phone center called me regarding the problem I described in the review. She left a gracious, apologetic message saying that she and the phone center's manager were concerned about my situation. Over a weeks' time she called every day or two and left messages equally as conciliatory and apologetic. I talked with her yesterday and had a mostly satisfying conversation with her. I'm updating my review from a 1-star to a 3-star based on the following: 1) I finally got the apology I wanted. It matters less who did what and why; the most powerful peace offering is a simple, genuine "I'm sorry". 2) She offered more regret than excuses. Although, she did say that the billing clerk may have been concerned about losing her job...as if that was an appropriate excuse for hanging up on me. An employee with her "skills" should be concerned about losing her job. 3) I was offered a free month of service. The woman who called me was in a rough spot. Converting a furious customer to a happy one is a tough row to hoe! She did a great job apologizing, expressing empathy, explaining that the billing clerk(s) would receive training (nice touch!), and then offering a free month. Definitely a customer service win in my book. And then a really interesting thing happened: I was offered a couple skiing passes to update my Yelp review. Now...before you write me off as a sellout, or point out that I finally heard from Digis ONLY after my negative Yelp review, let me tell you why I feel even more comfortable about staying with Digis. I admire (and I'm a little difficult to please) the strategy of monitoring Yelp for feedback, the tenacity of the woman who called me a dozen times over a week and the offers of empathy combined with free service. In my mind, Digis has taken seriously the fact that they have a customer-service problem and they are focusing on improving. I'm comfortable revising their rating to a 3-star A-OK. Finally, I'll disclose the fact that I don't ski, so the passes wouldn't have been enough to sway my decision to update my review. With Digis i really have no substantial complaints. The only weaknesses (that I expected when I had them install) is that they aren't very fast (I have the least expensive plan) and they've got a pretty harsh data limit (150gig). The gentleman that came and did the install for us was awesome. He let me choose the drop location and was very thorough in keeping things out of my kids reach. Overall I'm happy with Digis; but when the funds become more reliable (pay raise) I'll be moving back to one of the big ISPs simply because I would appreciate some more speed and no data limits (we've never passed the 150gig but we get really close; if relatives come to visit I foresee surpassing that limit post haste). read more

The speed of the service is slow, but more than this, the customer service is terrible. The agents are not empowered to make or keep agreements with the customer, and you have to wait 30 minutes or longer for the pleasure of getting screwed by them. Fortunately for me, I have recorded all of my calls with their techs and will be able to get them to keep their word, whether they like it or not. At least with Comcast you get decent speeds and don't have to wait on hold very long to talk to incompetent agents. It's interesting, their marketing folks hounded me and other customers to leave feedback on YELP for the longest time, but I haven't heard from them for months now and from the majority of the responses I see here, I can see why. read more

I really wish there was an option for ZERO stars. Digis has proven to be the worst internet provider I have ever had. The company must be run by incompetent amateurs because they took a robust, reliable service (Rapidwave) and have turned it into a miserable experience. Not only is the service unreliable and inconsistent BUT the customer service is atrocious! They are slightly better than CentruyLink - only slightly. But do NOT expect anything close to a quality service. They also NEVER notify their customers about maintenance which was something Rapidwave always did. Not only is this a considerate and professional thing to do - but it also manages customer perception because they KNOW you are doing maintenance and don't bet all bent because your service sucks. read more

I loved digis at first, but left them for rapidwave because my connection wasn't reliable. However, I am not back with Digis because they have purchased rapidwave. And now the support/reliability is worse than ever. I was constantly getting 50-60mbps down and up with Rapidwave. Today, I am getting around 8 down and less than 1mbps up. And I'm paying for an uncapped business account. I do not understand this. Why such a dramatic change? I can only assume what I was told by rapidwave, which was that Digis over saturates their towers, which will slow down everyone. Rapidwave was careful about this, and it made a huge difference. I have sent in 2 emails to rapid wave in the last 2 weeks and have yet to get a call/response at all about my issues. This was never the case with Rapidwave. If anything, I would get something back within an hour or 2 and the next day at the latest. I plan on switching the second I have the opportunity to do so. I am not going to say Jerry Ellis, Customer Service Manager at Digis, does not exist - he sends me two or three requests for reviews a week, after all. However, sending him email is futile - you never get a response. And forget about trying to get him on the phone. I will say this: the customer service people (the real ones, I mean), are generally polite and easy to talk to. Expecting them to actually take action to get something done might be expecting too much, I suppose, unless it involves sending a service technician to your house in two or three days. That they can manage. Now for my review: I called in response to a radio ad offering free install and a Chromecast device. I ordered Internet only, intending to use MagicJack in lieu of a land line plus my cell phone. A few days later the guy came and installed Internet and phone. I figured, "OK, I'll use the phone instead of MagicJack, although I don't like paying $20 a month instead of $29 a year," However, it didn't matter because the phone service didn't work for 3 weeks after multiple visits by the technician. Then came the first bill: they charged me for installation and for a month's worth of telephone. Also, I received in the mail two passes for a waterpark and two coupons for Jamba Juice, but no Chromecast device. When I called in, they were willing to fix the bill, which they did, and promised to send out the Chromecast player immediately. Since then, over the next two months, the phone service went out once and was fixed after a three-day wait to get the technician to the house, and I called six or eight additional times to enquire about the Chromecast device, and each time the operator promised me - always politely - that it would be sent immediately. So how's the service. The bandwidth and speed meet my needs, so I can't complain. I just have a hard time accepting that a commercial company located only five miles from my home has such a time fulfilling their promised service. This is a company that is ethically challenged. They will tell you that the first 30 days is free to try but they will contact you at the end to ask which speed you want to sign up for. After about 31 days you get a bill for 3 times what you agreed to. When you call and ask about that they say that you did not call so now you have the most expensive plan. So you tell them no so they terminate at once and bill you for $265.00. Then bill some more each time adding $ 90 to the above. Never let these people in your home. Never. read more

DIGIS has been the BEST Internet service for years for me. No contracts, no fuss, and super fast installation. I subscribe to the 15Mbps and I test it almost daily ranging on the high end of 10-15Mbps every time. I've heard lots of people having intermittent problems with streaming---Netflix works AMAZING for us. Even on multiple devices at a time! I work from home, so reliability is absolutely imperative for me. We've only had two outages in three years - one at midnight two years ago due to a crazy wind storm (lasted only an hour and then it was back up), the other last year sometime in the evening that only lasted about 10 minutes. I called DIGIS to tell them I was considering switching to Xfinity for a cheaper solution and they explained to me that they never have hidden fees, contracts, and have excellent customer support (they really do!) and that they would give me two months free while I evaluated staying with DIGIS. It worked! And after all the reviews of horrible service at Xfinity, there's no way I'm gonna switch now! For those having issues with streaming, I want to clarify the difference between DIGIS and other Internet companies (I don't work for them, but I just took a class on Internet networking and want to explain a bit!). Most Internet companies are hard wired to your community via broadband or optic fiber. DIGIS is not connected this way, and instead operates as an antenna connected to a hub, almost like a gigantic cell phone. This means that service can completely be different depending on the area and coverage. I must note, DIGIS does have a map of coverage on their website. I have moved and kept DIGIS and found that my service was equally reliable in both places: Orem, UT and North Salt Lake, UT. I highly recommend DIGIS!! read more

Went to Digis because Qwest only offered 3 Mbps. I signed up for 10 Mbps I get about 6 Mbps. Netflix still caches but I am getting double the speed for the same price. Did have to provide my own router for wireless I bought the ones that are like the ones the technician had on his truck no issues so far. I signed up on a radio deal which included golf passes, free roku, and 6 months of Netflix. When the tech installed the deal was not on his paperwork figured I was going to get screwed or go through a big hassle to get the deal. Called Customer Service one 3 min call and everything was just as promised. would be five stars if the speed was closer to the 10Mpbs. read more

I have been a DIGIS customer for exactly 3 months now. Knowing what I know now I would not sign up with them again, and am working to change providers as soon as possible. At least once a week I get an email asking me to review them online, and a link to review them, so I am finally doing it! Every other time I have received the email I have called and told them how unhappy I am and explained the problems. The email is from Jerry Ellis - Customer Service Manager - who says "call me anytime." HA! Just one more way they are not completely honest. (Jerry doesn't take phone calls - it is just their customer service line, that is not very helpful.) I warned them last time that if I got another email (I'm starting to feel harassed at the inbox), I was going to write an honest review. Here are my beefs...the only person at DIGIS that has been completely honest with me was the last tech to come out to the house, that told me we NEVER should have been approved for the service we have. We are rural and VERY close to a tower, but it is not in the line of sight, so service is sketchy. They signed us up for internet access at 15 Mbps download and phone service. I didn't think anything of it because the people that lived here before had DIGIS and recommended them. Well the last owners had 5 Mbps, which is the highest they can offer here. My phone cuts out in the middle of conversations, and my internet goes out at the same time. We have data processing at high volumes on our computer all day, and the same time the phone cuts out the computer has to reload. Not nice. And it is obviously not my phone or my computer, since both cut out at the same time. (that was their first answer) We signed up for $49.95 a month. But they don't tell you until after you have signed up that there is an "monthly equipment rental fee." Is it possible to have service without the equipment?? Why isn't that part of the advertised price?? I can understand not having installation in the price, but a MONTHLY equipment rental?Shifty marketing in my opinion. Equipment adds more than 10% to the bill. Since we have the most expensive package, it could end up costing you an extra 15% if you go for a slower 5 Mpbs service speed. We signed up under the pretense of "the first month is free!" "Well"...says the sales person, "now it is the second month that is free." That should have been a red flag to me - lots of people canceling after the first month! But we went with it anyway. Then I got a bill for the first month, and the second month.... "Oh - only the internet is free for the first month. You have to pay for all the other services!" What?!? I can't think of one thing that we have been told from this company that was really true, except the Tech that recommended Utah Broadband as a much better option. BUYER BEWARE!! read more

When I signed up I was promised free install and that I would get 1 month with the prorated rate. When I got my first bill there was the install charge and then a full month. It was over $100.00 for the first bill and I signed up in the middle of the month. But when I called customer service, they fixed the issue and told me that it wasn't put on the order. I was kinda angry that I was told one price and got the other. But it was fixed. Now there was another instance that it doesn't tell you when your bill is due if you sign up for the Paperless bill. I haven't received any emails alerting me that you bill has come out. And there is like a $2 fee to have a bill sent to you. That I am not happy with. The internet service is great. I have had to reset my router once. And I have had them for about a year now. Even though storms I get good service. So there I am happy. read more

I originally posted a much harsher review, after misreading the bill and receiving a friendly message correcting that, I will retract my original review and do a new one. Digis is unfortunately not able to meet any household needs that stream content on a regular basis and require speed, usually clocking at single digits on speed test sites. In our area, Xfinity has no data caps and 40-50 mbps speeds, so their service fits the bill much better. the 250 GB data cap and our usage results in an insanely higher bill, from $50 originally to around $175. Basically, if you don't know what Netflix, Steam, Xbox Live, or Pandora is, please, by all means sign up for Digis. But if you require normal to heavy streaming capabilities, avoid this service if possible. read more

I have no complaints about the internet connection. Even after being down for more than an hour last night. It's good speed and they don't seem to be throttling the connection. HOWEVER!!! I'm not happy about being charged extra when I go over their unknown limit. You claim on your website that the biggest package is right for streaming shows: "Does everything the 5 Mbps package will do plus HD movie streaming, online gaming, and multiple users." But then penalize me for doing so. Oh, you call it "using too much internet", but you're really punishing me for doing what you said I could do. I call your office to complain and even your customer service people cannot find where it says I'm limited in how much internet I can use. I'm told "I'm sure it's on our website, but I just can't find it". Well, if your own support people can't find it, THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS?!?!?! I'm glad you sent me the links to place my review of Digis. I'll get that started as soon as you respond to me. In the meantime, I'm looking around to see who to use next. I'm frightened at the thought of going back to Comcast, but for ONLY $10 more, I get all the internet I ever wanted WITH NO LIMITS. Watch out, I started with Digis over one year ago and the service was good. Since October of 2011 the service has gotten worse. They oversubscribe their services and then your connection is either slow or nonexistent. I am having to call every week about the service and always get the same excuse, " we are having problems with the tower, it has lost power to some of the access points, we have technicians working on this, and are planning to upgrade in your area". I cannot even stream netflix or other services because of the poor service. Their technical support is rude and when a manager states that they will call you the next day, and never calls, this is bad customer service. read more

They took over another company here in Elko, Nevada and I've had the absolute WORST internet I've ever had. at times I make my phone a hotspot just so we can Netflix movies. Constant stopping and pausing during Netflix or Amazon watching. And a side note: We ONLY operate one device at a time. so only the TV is on and the computer is off. I disconnected service to to instability of their network. They refuse to refund service fees. I signed up for their highest speed internet service in Roy, which they claimed was for HD video streaming and heavy online game use. They told me I was using too much bandwidth and started "funneling" my internet. I looked through my contract and on their website, there is no mention of any type of bandwidth limits imposed. Then, their service started to drop out intermittently and get extremely slow. Finally, they sent out a technician, he told us that their antenna on their tower had been moved, and there was no longer a good line of sight to my antenna on my roof, and therefore we were "unserviceable". I subsequently called and disconnected my service and changed ISP's. They promised to come and get their equipment and send me a final bill. This was in August, 2013. by November, the equipment was still on my roof and I had been turned over to a collection company for the total cost of the equipment that they failed to pick up, for over $350.00. I called, pretty upset, they finally sent someone a week later to get the equipment. I called them to credit my account for the remaining $49.46 because of the horrible service I received the last month of service, they refused saying it was my fault for using too much bandwidth. First, there is NO bandwidth restriction in their contract, anywhere. Second, it is NOT my fault they relocated their antenna and made me un-serviceable. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, they never responded to the complaint. Bottom line, DO NOT EVER USE THIS ISP, they lie to you and provide horrible service as soon as they see you as a problem. Find another ISP, even the "Big Boys" are far superior. read more

They're really responsive when we need their help; unfortunately we need their help more often than we would like. Maybe it's where we live, but our service is pretty crappy. You get your signal from a satellite tower in your town somewhere; for us, it's at the movie theatre 2 miles away. Maybe a tree has grown too tall but most days we can't go 10 minutes without our internet disconnecting. We use our internet daily for Hulu, Netflix, computer, and WiFi and it's kind of a pain. They're our best option for now so we'll keep them until we move next year. read more

If you like slow internet, having to call 14+ times and have 2 techs come out in 2 weeks just to get set up despite being charged from day 1 then Digis is your company. Every time I called I got a different answer about why my Internet wasn't working. Excuses include: the weather disconnected my connection, the reset switch was in a neighbor's (condo) unit and they switched it off, the satellite was reset, there's something wrong with my (brand new) router - shockingly that wasn't the case. During those 2 weeks I was told on several occasions that they would look into the issue and not once did I receive a call back. When you call and talk to them they're cordial enough until you start calling them out on being 2 weeks without Internet and them having no urgency in helping you. Just using logic, it's more than likely that my case was unique and I'm sure Digis doesn't suck this much generally, but outlier or this was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had and wouldn't recommend this service to a politician. read more

Do NOT listen to the radio ads proclaiming Digis is the next revolution in internet delivery! I bought into it looking for a "cheap" alternative to Centurylink. Worst move of my life!!! My Centurylink was 5 Mbs and Digis is supposed to be 7 Mbs - faster, right?? Nope. Although speed tests show Digis is 7 Mbs, in reality, it is MUCH slower than Centurylink. It takes about 10 seconds for each website to THINK about loading, then once it loads, it's super-fast. But when you add in the 10 second think time on EACH and EVERY web site, it makes it 10x slower than Centurylink! To add insult to injury, I was told there was no cost for the equipment. Apparently, that means that you don't have to buy the equipment, but it is a bit of a stretch (ie blatant lie) to say there is no cost for the equipment. We have to pay a rental fee each month for the equipment. But that isn't the worst part. After our first month of use, they started sending me emails saying I was over my limit and they started charging me usage fees! (NEVER disclosed, by the way!). We honestly don't do much surfing, we do occasional streaming Netflix, but now my usage fees are about $15/month in addition to the $55/month in my contract. That makes it MORE than Centurylink, for a much slower speed! AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!! If it's too good to be true....!!! Oh, and Digis advertises they are a Netflix preferred provider, meaning they deliver Netflix content faster then competitive services.....WRONG!!! Anytime I watch Netflix, it my movie stops and has to re-buffer about 3-5 times per movie! With Centurylink, it hardly EVER happened. Don't get me wrong - I'm not a fan of Centurylink, but wow, this experience has made me realize how good I had it. I think the last time I was this frustrated with internet was in the 1990's when my 56k modem couldn't quite cut it. Yup, it's THAT bad. And for those reviewers that say you need to find out if Digis has a strong signal in your area, and as long as you do that, you'll be fine....you're WRONG! Digis told me they have their strongest signal in my area and that I would likely experience speeds MUCH faster than 7 Mbs. Errrr....try 56k. No, try slower. DO NOT GET BAMBOOZLED!!! read more

I have been with Digis for four years. 5mbps were promised, I am lucky and satisfied when getting above 3.5. Less than two is a problem I have experienced every couple of months on average, but more lately. I get 8 to 10 mbps from my neighbor's guest wifi (Comcast--don't know how it compares cost-wise) which I am ashamed to say I have used a couple of times. The Digis support kids are always kind but rarely that helpful. Sometimes wind turns the receiver and usually they can adjust it remotely. They always make you check connections and accuse the router and of course it was Digis. Guess I'm like the old lady who complained of the 20 minute obscene phone call, but I'm now fed up, but planning to move in six months. Just DON"T DIGITIZE YOUR INTERNET! read more

Probably the worst internet provider I've ever worked with. Customer service is all but nonexistent and speeds are horrible. Unfortunately it is the only ISP in our area so we are stuck with them. We are currently paying about $50/month for "up to 15mbps download speeds". We don't expect to get that speed very often, but we've consistently gotten speeds of only 4mbps (download) for the last 3 weeks. We've attempted to contact customer support via phone and chat multiple times, but have given up each time after waiting about 10 minutes. At this point we're seriously thinking about switching to a Sprint or Verizon hot spot. I feel like this would be a better, more consistent option. My advice, stay away from Digis. It's not worth the time, money, or headache. read more

We had digis for a couple of years and we had terrible download speeds. We live in Santaquin where what is available is limited. The upload speed was never greater than 2.0 and the average download speed was 4-5 MBS. We paid for the 15MBS plus they decided to charge us for going over the data cap. We know we did not exceed a data cap, especially 100gb more from one month to the next. Just us to old grandparents at home, no multiple devices or HD streaming at our house. The customer service people were always very rude and said that we would not find anything better out there. WRONG ANSWER! We went with the new guys Intellipop. They are cheaper, no data caps and an average speed of 28 and an upload speed of 9! They are extremely nice too!!! Therefore Digis is a dead end! read more

I'd like to start out by saying I've been a customer with Digis (now known and Rise Broadband) for roughly 6 years now. I just got off the phone with their idea of customer "retention", hoping they might shed some light on the excessive price changes that recently happened starting November. Unfortunately, their response was a entirely disappointing... "To meet the increasing demands on our network and help offset the increasing cost of bandwidth, we are implementing certain rate changes and fees beginning November 15, 2015." Let me get this straight... you haven't raised your rates in 10 years, and you CLAIM the increased cost of bandwidth is justification to charge us the extra five or so dollars when competitors with similar costs provide astronomically faster, and more reliable internet. When did this become OK? In my eyes, I was already paying too much for your crappy internet services to begin with. Well Digis/RiseBroadband/gouging internet rapists, you've finally found my breaking point. Off to the next provider! Maybe use lube next time you decide TO RAPE YOUR CLIENTS!!!! This is a joke. I've been trying to contact someone -ANYONE -with this company for the last 3 days. I've held for hours and never gotten a live person, used the automated phone system to request a call back when someone is available and never heard anything, tried to use the live chat and been left awaiting a rep for over 30 min each time (even when I've logged in at 8 on the dot when they first open the lines for support), and sent numerous emails with no response whatsoever. Pathetic... Addendum 4/27/15: And now I've spent a whole Saturday waiting on technicians who never called and never came to collect their equipment (despite assurances on the phone Friday and an appointment email stating they'd be by between 1230 and 430). What a joke. I finally got an email back Monday in response to me question where on earth the techs were -apparently, the techs just decided to reschedule the appointment (lacking the common courtesy to call or email or something to let me know what they'd decided to do -leaving me to waste my whole day waiting for them). Better yet, they've arbitrarily rescheduled it to a day and time during the week where I couldn't possibly be home (no, I can't take time off from work on two days notice, and no, I wouldn't if I could -why would I waste PTO AND another day waiting for you, when chances are, you'll choose to no-show again and not tell me anything, leaving me out time AND money/vacation this time). It's not like I can just not be there - there's an ethernet adapter to give back, which is inside the house -not that I'd trust the techs up on my roof to take the dish without me there to make sure my property isn't damaged at this point anyway, with the lack of concern and professionalism I've seen displayed... THE worst service provide I have ever been stuck with. Morris Code would have been better. They say that they GUARANTEE download speeds to be faster than 3.0 MPS. What I got was 0.28, 0.89, 1.73, 2.32, 2.23, 0.62, 0.48, 2.47, 0.44, 0.24, 2.76, 2.56, 1.22, 0.51, and this is only SOME of the documented speeds that I have kept. Then once I cancelled they continued to send me a bill. Run the other way! read more
