Already having a bad experience with this place. Took my IPad Air in to have the home button fixed and since there was a small crack on the corner of the screen wanted to have that fixed also. My perfectionism is going to be my downfall. So I waited for them to order the new screen and I took it in a couple days later when the screen arrived. I was told it would be ready in 1&1/2 to 2 hrs. It wasn't!! Grrr... So I have to leave and go back the next day. Was told it was fixed and good to go. It wasn't!!! Ugh!!!! While my card was being run for payment I was checking out my new screen and home button. Nothing was working. It was worse off then when I took it in. I asked the guy running my card if they even tested it before calling me to tell me it was fixed. He seemed clueless. So he calls over his manager ( this guy is the manager? Oh good Lord protect my iPad) Lol.. Manager tells me they will take the screen back off and try to reposition the cable behind the screen. Well that didn't work so now I'm having to wait for a new screen and being that this happened on Friday before a holiday weekend (July 4th) it will be Tuesday before they can get it replaced. I will continue this tomorrow when (and if) I get to go pick my iPad up. All I can say is I'm not going to be as nice if it is in worse condition than when I took it to them once again. This company took a payment for services (ordering a hundred dollar phone screen) and now I can not get in contact with anyone. The company is no longer inside of Walmart. I have attempted to reach the owner and now he has disconnected his contact number. After being rerouted to numerous people, I am still in the same situation. The franchise has done nothing to assist me in getting my money back. How can a business just take a customers money with no recourse. The ultimate rip off! I do not understand how a Walmart location would allow a business to rent space within their building that would do such a thing. read more

Awful, just awful. Took my iPhone 5C in to the etown location to get fixed they gave it back and for a while it was good and after I got it back the home button kept going into my screen and they "fixed" that after I had to take it in (several people I know had the same problem from here) and the screen kept popping out and THEY WOULD SUPER GLUE IT BACK. Finally I had enough and went back and another worker told me it was never supposed to be glued and then the 2 screws by your charger on the bottom THEY LOST THEM and attempted to tell me my phone provider never gave them to me which was a lie and only replaced ONE out the TWO, so finally I had enough and asked for the managers phone number and it is going on 4 weeks and still have yet to hear ANYTHING from the owner even went in and asked when he would be in and the worker said he had given him my phone number. A couple days ago I dropped my phone and not one crack on it, but my screen went completely black ended up having to get a new phone all together. Would not recommended to anyone, ever. Worst customer service and company I have experienced, very unprofessional!! read more
