Unfortunately, they only accept FedEx packages that already has a label affixed. However, the lady at the counter was kind enough to tell us about Horizon that provides service for all the major shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, USPS). She directed us and it was easy to find and even more helpful that they had a flag out front. Upon entry, the employee helped us determine the shipping costs for an international letter. I especially liked that he was able to tell us the cost that each service would cost. We did not end up using the service (FedEx) since it was too expensive - $119 for mailing an envelope with 2 pieces of documents internationally. ‍ Although we did not use the service, it is good to know that they are able to provide service for all the major shipping companies. I will definitely keep that in mind if I need to mail domestic FedEx items.

Had no problems and the work was well worth it, especially for the fast service and great quality. But now that ive come back a couple times, I can no longer speak for said fast service. The store has posted hours but she is never in store at those times. You can call and call but will not hear back for hours if your lucky, but normally days. Finally was able to get a call back and came immediately to drop off my pants and have been unable to get in contact with her since. Three days since i've dropped them off, at the beginning of the week mind you, and Ive yet to hear back. Ive come by the shop over 5 times now, called over 20 and still, no response and no pants. What's lowered my opinion of them in when I told my child's Boy Scout unhinges in to be sewn. They quoted me a price of five dollars each patch sewn. This was the place recommended by the pack leader so I had them do it. But apparently they don't charge the pack leaders anything near as high. So beware of the price gouging, and I am taking all my business elsewhere.
