Then a year ago they printed all our shirts in the wrong color and refused to help absorb the cost of the shirts that were unusable bc they ruined them. Janet, who works with design was always rude so we decided to stop using them. We made the mistake of trying again and Janet was repeatedly rude to me as well as my staff, they didn't warn us that they take the tags off the shirts which is going to cost us hours of payroll to retag and they point blank will tell you that you don't matter as a customer. He had sizes Small-4xl which was a good range for a warehouse full of different sizes. He may have other sizes if you ask. He kept in touch through out every process. Very patient. He sent us a picture of a sample before he finished printing the rest to get the A-ok from us. Payment method he had was very easy to use. It was a payable invoice through PayPal.
