I cant say enough good things, Alex was so patient helping me choose colors and designs, and Jim just stopped by every now and then to check on me and see if he could do anything too. They were crazy busy and I ask for an impossible timeline. I explained it was a gift for my sister and it just popped in my head to do. Jim said "we will do everything possible to meet that date for you. And I want to stress I waited really late. Honestly if they do or don't,it doesn't matter. I have not worked with a business that went over and above to make me feel welcome, appreciated and simply nice. I am a lifelong fan. Go see them, they are simply wonderful. They have a nice selection of clothing, accessories, and home decor. Lots of different colors of clothing to choose from. Cons: A little too pricey in my opinion. For example, many of their dresses were over $120. I have found similar styles for cheaper at other boutiques close by (Apricot Lane and Darling State of Mind for example). None of the clothing or jewelry options 'wowed' me enough to pay what they are charging. In my opinion, there werent a lot of clothing options for women who arent super thin. Maybe they have more options for different body types, but I didnt see personally see any. I am average size and I didnt see too many items that would probably fit me.

I came to Rhonda to have some handkerchiefs embroidered for my wedding for family members. She walked me through fonts for each individualized handkerchief as well as colors. I'm not good at this stuff and was indecisive, but she offered suggestions to help me out. I couldn't be happier with how they came out. There was some waiting because one or more of the colors were not stocked, but I was prepared to wait and had plenty of time. I browsed some neat looking skeins of yarn (I did think the price of $15 for enough sock yarn to knit a single adult sock was kinda steep, but the yarn was really pretty and I was in the mindset to spend money) before I noticed a clear cupboard with knitted items and accessories with tags. Since I noticed some were tagged I thought they were all for sale. I opened the doors and started looking through stuff. There was a cool scarf I was hoping to purchase which wasn't tagged, but I didn't realize that initially. I was then approached by two staff members who asked "if they could help me." I asked if anything in the case was for sale. I noticed that they were tense and that the vibes were kind of off, so I said that if they needed me to stop looking through the case I'd step away. They informed me nothing there was for sale and I said okay and stepped away. They told me that there would be items for sale later at a separate event, but I really didn't appreciate the experience as it was. Getting the feeling this place only welcomes a certain type of person and it wasn't me. Which was a bummer, because I was super ready to drop some money. This shop will probably do just fine without my cash but jeez. I don't mind that a shop has rules, but I do think they really could have made a better effort to interact with new customers and make a clearer distinction on which items were for sale and which weren't when I stepped in. The situation could have 100% been avoided and they could have provided a better experience. (Also, if knitted items aren't for sale, why is like 1/4 of the store's displayed items knitted pieces with tags? Super confusing for someone who's been there for the first time, and it's not encouraging to have my first conversation with staff be "those aren't for sale, come back on a weekend." )
