What a terrible experience with this TPH!…read more I put in an order for hard cover books as gifts for dear friend's funeral. Hard cover, in particular, was a long-time and very special tradition for us. I was assured that there would be no issues for completion by the funeral date but a few days before completion date, I was told that they were too busy and could only give me soft cover books. There was no time to go to any other print shop so we had no choice but to go with these soft cover books. This was terribly embarrassing for us. I was assured via emails and phone call with the TPH manager, Adrian Williamson, that he would provide some sort of refund but afterwards, he decided not to. No surprise, TPH couldn't deliver on my original order and couldn't deliver on giving me any money back, despite several assurances. Stay away from this TPH! Don't believe what they say. Go anywhere else unless you want to risk major disappointment.
