I also received a reminder text and email the day before my appointment was to occur. I confirmed both, only to find out when I went to the facility that it was closed. Why are they allowing patients to make appointments at a site that's closed? Why am I receiving text messages and emails confirming my appointment for a facility when the facility is closed? Who is managing these sites? This whole process does not give me much confidence in Labcorp, overall.

My insurance company proved to me that they processed their bill a month after the services were rendered. I pay my share quickly, but two years later, I do not know what I paid or didn't pay. I kind of hate that each time I have to show my card, though. The phlebotomist is amazing, I don't think I have ever gotten a bruise from a blood draw. They are open early in the morning, but every time I go they are backed up. Even when there are only a few people there is a long wait. I think this is because they only have 2 people working there. There really should be another helper during the morning shift. For example, I had to leave a urine specimen and it sat in the bathroom (alongside several other donations) while many people came and went in the bathroom. I felt like perhaps my specimen could have been tampered with. Not that it was, but the possibility to tamper was definitely present. I have been to other labs where they have you put it through a secret little door and some unseen person on the other side retrieves it. Also, if there was another person helping out, they could get the paperwork in order faster or label the blood vials so they are ready-to-go when the blood is drawn. I will just have to make sure I have plenty of time to wait on my way to work. The last time I was there I had to park far away from my office because I arrived late. I do like that they now have some granola bars and OJ for you after you donate.

One of the services Rizzolis was supposed to do was to clean/replace maintain the cabin filter for the air conditioner/heater. While taking care of issues with our air conditioner, our new shop gave us the filter they removed, it is filthy, much dirtier than a hypothetically well maintained (because Rizzolis charges premium rates) should have been. When we looked into it, they also screwed on the oil change interval. These people are thieves, stay away.
