The first two companies that I had scheduled three times each did not come or even call for follow up after their third missed appointment. My provider worked quickly and did well doing first time adjustment to the front and back yards. He found and repaired a broken supply line. My cost was $140 for everything the companies that never showed both had a base fee of $150 and said they might not even start work on the first visit. So the service and phone calls were superior. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. I will use them again.

I called Heads Up Irrigation SC and spoke to Kim. They were extremely busy, but they managed to juggle their schedule to help me out. Chris, the owner came out personally because his service manager was off that day. Chris diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the Valve and had everything up and running. They are Aces in my book. I will only use them for any irrigation work at my home. If you want an irrigation system or have work done on one, call them. You will be more than satisfied.

No one showed up on the scheduled day. No one called. No texts. Apparently they're not interested in my business. Things come up, I get it. Maybe there was an emergency, or some issue that caused them to miss my appointment (the appointment I came home from work early to attend), but no call? It's really too bad. I've already contacted a different company. They showed up when they said they would. Quoted me when they said they would. Put me on the schedule promptly. Review to follow once work is complete. Do better. Expend a tiny bit of energy to let your customers know you give a crap.

Mike and his crew took down three trees (and ground stumps for two of them) and did very careful trimming of an old oak that is the centerpiece of our back yard. Despite it being Christmas Eve, Mike's Tree Service arrived when they said they would. Mike and his crew came prepared with the proper equipment and removed all three trees within 2 hours. The next available day another gentleman arrived with a stump grinder and had the stumps done within 45 minutes. Both yards were left in great condition and the price was very reasonable. I intend to use Mike's Tree Service again and my neighbor plans to as well!
