Coming here you'll realize there may be a language barrier because several of the workers don't speak much English but no worries! When I approached the sales lady in the appliance department & she realized I didn't speak Spanish she then got another sales lady that was bilingual, it took just a little longer with the language barrier but as long as we were all patient we ended up with our washer & Curacao made a sale! Overall everything went smoothly with our purchase thanks to the two sales ladies that helped us! (Only time they were worn was when I tried them on at the store) I walked up to an employee to explain my situation & let her know that when I bought the boots, the lady never gave me a receipt. I was told I can probably get store credit or exchange them for a different pair of shoes. Anyway, I stood there for a good 15 min before for someone finally came back & took my boots. They examined them & told me they were NOT exchangeable nor was able to get store credit because they were "used" & had a LITTLE dirt on the bottom of the shoe. Which obviously it's going to have because I had to try them on to see if they fit me? I asked to speak to a manager & it turned out to be the same lady who rang me up for the boots. They were NOT torn, ripped, scratched, nor damaged, so I was very confused as to why i was unable to get the service I came for. I think her name was YANELIor something like that. (Hispanic lady) I'm very disappointed I could not get my money back & all the girls weren't very helpful, except one in particular who remained professional the whole time, but I forgot to ask what her name was. But Just a heads up for any newbies shopping at this location. It was my first time at BBB Fashion, but sadly had a Poor experience.
