This store is located within the Phoenix premium outlets. I stopped in today because I was at the mall and just wanted to browse. Lane Bryant caters to plus size women. Who says a us size woman can't be fashionable? They have very stylish clothing, shoes, undergarments, and accessories. The prices are average for the area and style. I will be back when I am looking for something specific. read more

This store is NOT AN OUTLET! Don't waist your time going to this store unless you happen to be at this shopping center. I was at the store at San Tan and was told by a staff member that I should go over to the "outlet" because they have great deals. I walked in after a 10 minute walk in 113 degree heat, and the store was exactly the same as the regular Lane Bryant. I asked the two very rude women that worked there if this was supposed to be an outlet? They said yes, and I asked if it was an outlet why was it identical to the "normal" store. Eyes were rolled and I was told that 90% of the store is regular retail but that they have a 30% of section that comprised 10% of the store and if I wanted an outlet I could purchase from that corner of the store. I have shopped at Lane Bryant for many years, but I can honestly say, they have lost a loyal customer. read more

We have had positive experiences at this store and that wasn't any different when we stopped in this past weekend. You are free to browse without constant badgering, which I very much appreciate. Help is available if you need it but you aren't pestered. Dressing rooms are clean and spacious... something else I value. The service was also very friendly. Thumbs up all the way around. read more

This is a great Lane Bryant location. The help is great, the clothes plentiful and there is a Torrid next door. Fat girl heaven! I always shop the sales at Lane Bryant. Their initial prices are all way too high. But Lane Bryant sale prices are worth it. They have cute (mostly conservative) clothes. You can get the essentials here. read more

I must express my shopping experience while at this location . I went to pick up an order that was not there . Ms Ellie and her coworkers were very helpful with contacting the orders depart and stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes while we resolved the issue. Ms Ellie assured that I was not charged for merchandise not received. She went above and beyond! Great customer service! This as not my first time at this location. Teresa, I believe was the manager's name, is simply the best manager I've seen with this company! I ordered some bras online a month or two ago. I kept a few and didn't like the fit of the others. I called to inquire about the return policy and she was very helpful. She ended up taking care of me in store to settle the return. Though I was unable to find anything else I liked in store, Teresa was happy to process my return without question. I, again, ordered bras online and had them shipped to another location for pick up since it was more convenient to my home. I tried on the bras at the time of pick up. I loved one, but not the other 2. I tried on another bra in store that I loved! That manager was unwilling to price match because she said it needed to be the same bra. I've never had an issue with this in all the years I've shopped with Lane Bryant. It bothered me, so I was walking to put the bra back. At that point the manager at the other location told me she would go ahead and price match the other bra for me. I appreciated it, but at the same time, was still a bit bothered. If you tell me you'll only price match the same bra in a different size, but don't have any of that particular bra in stock, what's the point of having that type of policy? Why not have more flexibility? Again, I'm glad she opted to price match and let me swap out the bras--I LOVE the one I ended up finding! Going forward, even though it's a drive for me, I will stick to this location for all my buying needs. The service at this location is far better than the others!!! read more

When you get a Lane Bryant account, please be aware of the small print, the delayed billing cycle, lack of updating the computer system, inability to speak with a person when you call customer service, and the only way to pay is with a check. When I called to pay my full bill I was told an amount which ended up being incorrect so I billed a late fee. Nice right? They wouldn't wave it. They would listen to my issue, they just said pay it. I had to go to the bank, get a bankers check (I moved and hadn't opened a new account yet, go to the physical store (three towns away) because if I mailed it it would be late and I'd have to pay another late fee. Because their computer system hadn't updated when I called I have to pay for that error. I've been a Lane Bryant customer for over 30 years and referred many people. No longer. read more

Went in last week.. Sorry for the delay on the review.. Went in with my daughter who just got her first job and needed some new clothes.. We were met by Lucy who asked if we needed anything and after telling her what we needed and were looking for she proceeded to immediately get us situated.. I called her "the bra whisperer". Omg she is wonderful.. She knew off the bat that I was apparently off on my bra size and nicely asked what size I was and was like let me see something.. She then proceeded to have me try on some bras and she was wonderful. I'm very self conscious of my weight and she made feel very comfortable. Needless to say she helped me and my daughter with bras that made our girls look way better and helped my daughter with a few outfits for her new job.. She knew exactly what our styles were and even showed me I can go a size smaller to give me more shape.. Aint gonna lie she had us feeling like "pretty woman" She really is an asset to this store. We also had the pleasure when Lucy went to lunch to have had Tania (I believe thats the spelling) finish us up and check out.. She was fabulous also.. Helped me access my perks so I got my discount since I didn't know how to do that.. She was very patient with us and made us feel like we mattered and didnt rush.. Conveniently located next to Torrid in the Phoenix Premium Outlets shopping center in Chandler, I enjoy shopping at this store. It is pretty large and they always seem to be well stocked. The associates are friendly but not too attentive. I've never seen more than two people working in there at a time. read more
