Never have i been so screwed around by a company who still didnt get it right in the end, over a…read morethousand dollars later. I explained i bought a new home,came with large pool i knew nothing about. I asked to come open my pool and inspect everything to make sure its properly functioning. After weeks they showed up tossed some chemicals in it and left $250 dollars, didnt check my filter or my pump or vacuum. Billing said they pulled my pump but never did, never touched it. I wasnt home for this visit and i wasnt called to be theror i coulda told them then. This was visit 1 of 2 they claimed needed to be made. I waited months for return visit to get my pool up and running. Finally i called them asking when they might expect to be back as its already well into 100+ degree weather and id like to swim. They had no idea who i was or what i was talking about. $250 to treat a pool (step one) that turned back into a swamp and the filter wasnt serviced and running like i asked. I feel robbed of that 250 because it was pointless literally. At the time i didnt know they never even looked at my pump, though they said they pulled it. So i call and explain my situation a second time. Jus moved, new pool came with house i need it inspected and started up like i said before and they didnt do. Few weeks later a guy shows up, mind you over waited over 4 months at this point, guy shows up, no idea whys he there, jus to treat my pool, my green swamp pool from their last failure of a visit. Told him NO i need my pump and filter up and running, I WANT MY POOL OPEN for gods sake. Guy looks at my pump for one minute, says its toast and i need a new one.... Why they didnt decide that the first visit i don't know!?! After all i asked for it to be inspected and the fact they had no idea and immediately said its toast when i told them personally, to check it and thats why they are even at my house about it tells me they never looked at it before at all. 4+ months waiting for this visit and guys clueless why he there. Says i need new everything, so i wait longer for something that should of been determined months prior when they was AT MY HOUSE FOR THAT REASON. Had no problem sending me a fat bill though. After second pointless visit i call office AGAIN and explain yet AGAIN who i am what they didnt do and what i wanted done which i had already told them before, AGAIN. I want my pool cleaned running and treated. Guy shows up with new pump etc, hooks it up, no treatment no vacuum hook up and bounced. A connection was leaking and until i mentioned it im pretty sure was going to be left that way,. He wrapped black tape around it and said they have a tendency to pop off because of the tape keep eye on it, i expected maybe once a month he meant, wasnt an hour later it was popping off and would not stay on. I had to fix it and secure it MYSELF properly. That bill was over a THOUSAND dollars and 3 visits 4 time me calling the office and explaining as a paying customer what i wanted done and even after all that, in the end they still got it wrong. I seen their 2021 business of year award or whatever it was and i wonder how???? With the way i got treated and handled, theres no way thats accurate. Oh and the first visit where they did nothing i wanted done and charged me 250 for showing up and doing it, i complained because why would i pay to have someone treat my pool jus to let it sit powered off just going back to a swamp in a weeks time, filter was junk and they should have known that and replaced it then. 250 dollars for services that did nothing at all. They took me for that i feel robbed and i expected some kind of a reimbursement for their error. Nope next bill was in full. So all in all i will never use them ever again doesnt matter if i have to find someone a thousand miles away. I have never been so screwed over by a company in my life. On the phone they were super nice, and oh i dnt know why we forgot about you, dont know why it says we pulled your pump, never did and charged you for it, dont know why we been there 3 times and still havent done the job requested, dont know why we cant repay u for services we did that were un warranted and pointless and wrong per what was needing done. Jus scooped my money up in bulk and never did the job right even at the end. Im disgusted this company performs like that. Very very unhappy. Super nice people on phone... Long's is one of the last long term family store. When you do business with Long's, you become…read morepart of that family. They remember you when you come in and are right there to assist you with your needs. Wrangler Jean's and Levi Jean's for the whole family. Wonderful brands of western shirts in all sizes as well. My favorite part of their store is the boots. Having a new grandson recently, I'm looking forward to getting him his first pair of cowboy boots and adding a pair of Wrangler Jean's as well. I Will NEVER shop there again!!! They had Horrible customer service! Again, no one had explained Anything in the first place! Even after I informed both of them that I was from out of town! I complained and was told that the owner would call me to see if we could work something out. He NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!! So not only do they have bad business practices and can't be trusted; they stole my money as well. I work I retail as well, and our place of business insists very adamently, that it is part of our job to MAKE SURE that the customer understands ALL terms of contract before anything is signed, or money is deposited. This was just bad business through and through!!! If you could rate in the negitive I would, and I would not recommend shopping with this retailer.
