Please tell me why they have several employees standing around talking, not working- certainly not giving customer Service. When I come in at 10:03 they tell me the Customer Service is closed for the evening and cannot do any more returns. He said, I will have to come back tomorrow like what why you're literally doing nothing; and you're stoping my productivity. He wasn't very nice about it either. It was like I interrupted his conversation. But- the reason for me trying to return an item- is in the last 3-4 days I have been in town for State Fair, spent over $400 at Walmart for various items for my family's trip to state fair. (We had Airbnb in town so groceries, gatorade, water, snacks- to prevent spending a-lot of cash on food at fair) I checked my receipt and was charged $29.99 for something in beauty dept. began searching for what it was. I purchased shampoo, soap, body wash, etc. Finally found it to be the mighty patch acne patches; 72 count! $30!! Omg these should not be so highly priced. I looked on the website., and they have it posted as a price of $23.12 for 72 which is still not the same as what I paid could be the difference of online and in the store, but I've never spent that much on pimple patches. In fact you can get them at most dollar stores or Dollar Tree for between one and three dollars. So was it just priced wrong? I don't know and apparently I have to go back tomorrow to get it figured out. Thanks, Walmart. That's great Customer Service. read more

I don't know what employee you have working today in electronics. She's wearing a 20-year pin and was quite rude to my husband today. Even said the word Goddamn. So apparently, if you have been there 20 years, you can talk to people however you want now? Funny, when I worked at Walmart, I was not allowed to speak to customers that way. Walmart has come a long way since Walton died. And not in a good way. We are why you are billionaires. Wanna have some common courtesy? She should be reprimanded. But it will probably never happen. I feel like this parking lot is tight for the area, the gas station, the stores and shops in it. The store is an older store and the selection is not the great compared to other Walmart's I have been to. However, everything was overall organized and self-checkout lines were quicks. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE and UNRELIABLE grocery delivery service! I have issues about 8 out of every 10 orders, so often I can usually bet there will be an issue! It's no wonder people shop at Dillon's and are willing to pay more to not have Walmart types of problems! read more

It is insulting. I understand efforts to stop theft on big ticket items, higher priced stock, etc - but hygiene supplies under ten dollars? All I needed was a replacement handle for my dollar shave club set, 8.97 with 4 replacement cartridges. It was locked up, so I asked for help getting it. I was informed that they had to escort me to go pay for it. A freaking razor handle needs a escort? And it's under ten bucks? That is insulting to me, and a waste of everyone's time. I haven't seen this at any of the other Walmart locations I go to - what's next? Is hutchison Walmart going to lock up tampons next? Or the more basic hygiene items like bars of soap? I bought an air plant from walmart today. Sadly the plant was dead and it fell apart. I am very dissatisfied about my purchase.

I had a problem with my tag lights and at the end of one of their workers shifts he helped me even when the automotive side had closed down. He did everything possible to help me out and it didn't end up working out but he was very respectful and helpful. I appreciate him working hard being nice and helping me out any way that he could. I got here at 5:45. Im the only car in the bay. And it's taking over 2 hours to do an oil change, & rotate & balance the tires. There were 8 guys standing around in the garage doing absolutely nothing when I got here. And yet, here I sit. Waiting for a basic service that shouldn't take more thank 45 at most. read more

I called Walmart and asked if they had sea bass they didn't even know what sea bass was I had to tell them it's a fish and they said no one is answering grocery so they said no they don't have it so how do they know if they don't have it if they don't know what sea bass is who are answering they phones there people that don't even know why fish are?
