I tried to find a staff person to ask about it but the cashier had left her post to fiddle with stuff on the shelves. This is what happens when a corporation won't pay their staff a reasonable wage. They need to raise pay in order to keep the pharmacy staffed. I will be taking my business to a different pharmacy now.

I had gone to my regular primary care doctor, a gastrologist, a pulmonologist and a cardiologist -…read moreeach one did blood tests that showed I had allergies of some sort. I also noticed some foods & drink that contains cinnamon was causing throat irritation, so I was told to go to an allergy clinic. I had to wait from November to May before I could be seen at the allergy clinic. Once I got there, they did the same test the pulmonology doctor had me do - that ruled out I have asthma. Why did they do a test they did NOT need to do? I then had the back stick test done. The results of the stick test suggested I do not have any allergies. Even though ALL the previous tests had shown I had allergies. The doctor was dismissing me, so I reminded her I needed a food allergy test, after-all that was the reason for my appointment! She told me "you do not have allergies so the test is not necessary". OH WAIT, they do not do unnecessary testing???? Why did I repeat an asthma test if I already knew I didn't have asthma - the pulmonary doctor had ruled that out! At any rate I was very dissatisfied with this clinic - I will NOT be recommending it to anyone! Patients beware - They will do unnecessary tests just to charge you, but won't do testing to give you peace of mind!

They told us we would be covered by our insurance and went through with the procedure. The doctor did ok but after several weeks we got two bills totaling $4807. These places seem to charge what they want and as a family of 6 a bill like this is devastating. It should be illegal to surprise someone with a bill like this. A little clarification on how much I'm going to get screwed would be nice. My son's face doesn't hardly look any better than it did before and we would've opted out if we knew better. Please tell me why they have several employees standing around talking, not working- certainly not…read moregiving customer Service. When I come in at 10:03 they tell me the Customer Service is closed for the evening and cannot do any more returns. He said, I will have to come back tomorrow like what why you're literally doing nothing; and you're stoping my productivity. He wasn't very nice about it either. It was like I interrupted his conversation. But- the reason for me trying to return an item- is in the last 3-4 days I have been in town for State Fair, spent over $400 at Walmart for various items for my family's trip to state fair. (We had Airbnb in town so groceries, gatorade, water, snacks- to prevent spending a-lot of cash on food at fair) I checked my receipt and was charged $29.99 for something in beauty dept. began searching for what it was. I purchased shampoo, soap, body wash, etc. Finally found it to be the mighty patch acne patches; 72 count! $30!! Omg these should not be so highly priced. I looked on the website., and they have it posted as a price of $23.12 for 72 which is still not the same as what I paid could be the difference of online and in the store, but I've never spent that much on pimple patches. In fact you can get them at most dollar stores or Dollar Tree for between one and three dollars. So was it just priced wrong? I don't know and apparently I have to go back tomorrow to get it figured out. Thanks, Walmart. That's great Customer Service.
