Let's start with Robin who works does it all, she works in customer service, cashier and anything they need. It doesn't matter what she's doing she is always smiling and happy to help. There is a bunch of them, Ethen, Natasha, Jessica, Michael, Nancy, William. William should be the store mascot. In the meat and produce you have Scott and Lydia. I wish Lydia was my granddaughter, she is so sweet. Can't forget Troy. Troy is a retired HVAC business owner. He works there because he wanted something to do and loves it and is still there. Give you an idea what kind of man he is, in about 1984 I was 24 years old and had 5 children. His company had serviced my furnace. A few days later we had a fire, and it was a total loss. Never got a bill, just a letter saying we owed nothing and asked if he could help. Bet he doesn't even remember. But the number 1 best employee of all time is Nathan the cart wrangler. I was hurt badly a few years back and he was so much help. He has loaded so much heavy garden supplies and such over the years. To this day I'll be coming out of the store and hear from across the parking lot, HEY JOE DO YOU NEED HELP. Even if i say no if I have a lot or something heavy, he drops what he's doing and helps me load. If all their employees were like him, they wouldn't need a HR dept. I don't know what he earns but it's not enough, a truly fine polite young man.

Then the staff gather 2 or 3 around to gab about their weekend or the football game and it is impossible for customers to get by. That happened today. Add to that most of the product are on different aisles since the remodel. I have no problem with staff taking breaks in a break room, just not at the end caps or in aisles.

When we walked in, there was a stand with a bunch of scanners that looked like phones at first glance, so immediately I wasn't interested. Dustin asked me if I would like to hear about the new way to shop. I said NO. He said if I would take a minute, he would explain and I could check out faster AND get A FREE bag. Well, the magic word FREE caught me. OK, Dustin, tell me all about it. By the time hubby walked over from the counter with his Powerball ticket, I had a scanner, a coupon and I was set! We had a blast, shopping, scanning, trying to make our $35 so we could get $5 off. We looked around for the free Friday, red tag items, special Friday -Saturday offers and good sales on general. We saw the Bag and Go set up, so I wheeled the cart over to Vivian, who told us we were $5 short of our goal on the coupon. Hubby went to get a few more items. Finally! So, between Dustin introducing us and Vivian helping us successfully check out, we are new reformers to this Bag and Go way of shopping. Thanks!
