Imagine a place where the answer to every question is "it's not my job" and that is the Standard Operating Procedure for this place. After being a 2-year customer at a rental property and paying on time every month, I experienced a massive water leak on the property (which I do not own) that escalated my monthly bill from $26.00 to over $600.00. You read that correctly. $600. I visited the office in person, I called, I contacted the landlord and I even documented the repair, which was completed when the landlord dispatched someone to the property. This was all to no avail because the painfully limited management and staff of the DCWSA have no interest in thinking, so thinking outside of the box is completely out of the question. If you're ever wondering why South Carolina was ranked # 51 in education in 2014 (that's right, including the District of Columbia) go down to this local government office and take a look around and talk to anyone from the person at the front desk to the manager on duty (if you can find one).

We had 33 people planning to come to the house for Christmas gift exchange. The company the plan was with called Jordan and Sons. They came out the next day, ahead of schedule. Andre and Dawson were very professional and efficient. While draining the water heater, they looked at (and fixed) another issue under a sink. Needless to say we were very pleased!
