What a perfect experience!! I had to schedule a class last minute to be able to submit my certification to my nursing program by the deadline. I had scheduled with another organization I had found on the AHA website but after calling I found out that that class was only available to employees of a particular hospital. I was bummed out about that but determined to find a course I could attend. I'm so happy I found Dimapilis Life Care. I was able to take the course that same evening at 7PM. Even though I was the only student in attendance Louella was so accommodating and taught the class as if it was completely full. You can tell that she thoroughly enjoys helping others. She was so attentive, she asked me if I had questions after each section and answered all of my questions with respect and honesty. I loved her approach! She is passionate about health care and really engages her students. I left feeling confident in the knowledge she had given me and even more excited about starting my journey into nursing! This is the first time I have taken a BLS and ACLS course for Providers with Dimapilis Life Care. Louella is an excellent and gifted instructor and I had a very positive experience taking these courses with her. Louella is very organized as well as super motivational. She is experienced and I appreciate that she shared her knowledge with me. She was also very patient when I asked questions, as well as understanding with regards to my skill level. I had an AMAZING and very patient instructor name Louella. Some schools would pass you even though you're unsure about something or confused but NOT HERE. I was the only one in class that day and my instructor took her time and make sure I understood (which is important), calm (cos I'm shy and nervous) and made it a every friendly place for me to relax. this is the 2nd time i used this center for certification. the 1st was to get my bls certification. the 2nd was to get the dreaded acls certification. i had the same instructor both times-louella. the facility is clean and quiet, and louella is terrific. she is ver patient and explains everything very very well. she really cares whether you understand it or not. and you can reach out to her and ask her for help even outside of the class. thankyou louella. and you will see me again. i am an rn and i will require certifications as time goes on. i wont go to anyone else except you!!!!!! read more

I attended the training for BLS-ACLS renewal at Dimapilis Life Care on 12/18/2019 and it was really a great experience. They have class schedules almost everyday to choose from, and the instructor was amazing. She made the training easy to understand and she is the kind of instructor that won't pressure you if you forget something during the training. learned CPR the first time in nursing school-over 50 years ago,the second time 36 years ago -before the birth of my son,last week for the third time as I await the birth of my first grandchild. Instructor is very knowledgeable on her craft, very accommodating on the attendee's questions, teaching materials are well maintained, participants are in small groups which gives the trainers more focus on the students especially on hands on time.
