Dusty's ProYards has inexplicably quit serving our home…read more I have had to ask when they will be out because they never tell me. I keep asking them to please treat the area along our fence and they haven't. I've asked them to treat our garden bed in the front because it's going nuts with weeds and we live in an area with an HOA. Ive agreed to pay for their add on service for that treatment. I've attempted to set up days and times for an appointment and all of the sudden they are ignoring me and showed up today to treat my neighbors lawn and left ours!!!! The guy Adam no-showed and won't answer messages all of the sudden. Ive asked him to meet with me so I can show him where not to spray and have expressed concern over the fact that our lawn is inexplicably dying in certain areas and asked for no further fertilizer to be added. Let me be clear, we have not asked for anything crazy or been obnoxious in any way. I've asked normal reasonable questions and now all of the sudden they won't respond and def aren't honoring their advertised services. They haven't come out to treat for weeds between services when I've told them about areas they have missed or how much we need the weeds in the front to be sprayed. They're the gnarliest, tallest grass weeds I've ever seen and when I try to pull it myself it comes up in GIANT clumps disturbing the weed mat and gravel in the area. I really need it sprayed so I can just pull dead grass instead of the mutant grass that's destroying everything. The picture below is one I took that happens to show where some of the lawn is dying. There are other giant/worse patches where the grass has died completely. Needless to say I can't stand these people. False advertising and strange behavior. Will be looking for a reputable company to take over.

Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value! I am definitely hoping to work with them again in the future! They are neighborly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

He got us scheduled right away and our trees look great. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He even told us about his time working with the city and trimming the Sycamores along the side of our house. He really understand trees and how to best care for and maintain them. During a windstorm, a very large limb from our willow tree fell on the pasture fence. His four man crew was there early the next morning with a tree boom and chipper and took care of not only the fallen limb, but took out the dead wood from the tree and parts overhanging the roof. While they were here, I asked them to take the overhanging limbs on the roof from a large tree in front which they did. The whole job was completed and completely cleaned up by 12:30 PM! They were very efficient and professional. They really know what they are doing! The quality was excellent and the value unmatched! I highly recommend them!

Apo and his crew were fantastic, arrived bright and early, and gave me a call shortly before they…read morearrived so I could corral the dogs away. They took down the tree quickly using their bucket truck, cut up the trunk into firewood for me, and mulched all the branches with their shredder. They also ground up 4 stumps for me, taking care to not damage any sprinkler lines, and moving lava rock gravel out of the way so it wouldn't get thrown all over the place. His guys then tidied up the area, making it all look cleaner than when they arrived. They also took extra care when they found a bird nest in the tree being removed, making sure to let me know about some bird eggs that were in there. I absolutely recommend these guys, and will go to them whenever I need any more services in the future.
