However on the day of the appointment I had a dental emergency. I called from the dental chair, halfway through the procedure, to let them know I couldn't make the 1:30 appointed time. They assured me to come as soon as I could before 5 and they would put the mirror on. I arrived about 3:30 and they took my van back right away. As I set in the very comfy waiting room, still shivering from three hours at the dentist, they offered me hot cafe to warm me up. But I noticed they had hot cocoa and chose that instead. Ahhh! After a short wait my van was done, but a Florida summer monsoon had swept through. The tech brought out an umbrella and escorted my to my van. In my experience they were friendly, professional, and provided great service at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call on them again, if need be.

It didn't hold and kept coming loose. We had to cut a third off the bumper to avoid tearing it off completely. We got estimates from three places and Carsmetics was lower by several hundred dollars. They also arranged for a great rate on a rental car, even shuttled us to rental car and arranged to drop off the rental car at their office. They were very helpful and informative the entire time. We dropped our van off at 8:30 AM and they said it would take two days. But the next day they called us and said it was ready! It looked beautiful. We were very pleased with the whole process.
