Then he said I have no idea what the other surgeon did a few years ago..how about opening the computer and look at all of the images and reports I had sent to you? When I asked for a referral to another doctor who did do Surgury he told me to lose forty pounds because no one will operate on me until I do. .nice of him to appointment himself to be the spokesperson all the other Ortho surgeons at Cleveland clinic. He actually told me to come back when I lost the 40 pounds...guess what...that's not going to happen you old dotard!! I guess once you get your name on a building you think you have the right to do and say anything you want. This was 2 weeks ago and he still hasn't written notes from the visit!!!!

I'm looking for a new provider just because of that. I've been in the waiting room for two hours and they still haven't called me back. I don't get why they make so many appointments when they can't see that many clients. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

You have to wait for hours just for a simple med refill or anything. Like the other person said,…read moreand if you see your primary care doctor expect to have your appointment hours ahead of time. Sometimes 30 min if you're lucky.
