Dr. Maggie's record speaks for itself. she has notably been so often correct in her diagnoses, treatment recommendations and prognoses that she puts other vets in the region to shame. Don't be put off by her strong Ecuadorian Spanish accent. She is in fact well-spoken, and is more than willing to answer questions, and explain her thinking. Her staff goes so far out of their way for pets and their owners that I'm . embarrassed to count the number of times they picked up the slack for us when we were so distressed about a sick cat that we couldn't think straight.

The lump grew larger.We brought her back again. They dismissed us again. As a result of this, our dog developed an aggressive hemangiosarcoma cancer at that site, and lost her leg and now has a very short life expectancy, perhaps only a few months. The last thing I remember them saying when we brought her back for the second time was "what do you want me to do about it?" The callousness and the ignorance resulting in this devastating diagnosis is unimaginable.

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups.
