He is mental. He's got hair trigger anger. He can't keep consistent staff except for two, the rest come and go.

She has helped two of them cross over the rainbow bridge, and knowing that their last moments were full of peace and calm in the comfort of their own home means so much and has really helped with my grieving.

Her wisdom and forethought went above and beyond my expectations, and believe me, I had rehearsed this terrible day many times in my head. My call was promptly returned, a convenient time scheduled, and the process discussed. During this time of social distancing, some special accommodations needed to be made, but they in no way interfered with the love my dog received that day. Dr Dale played music made for dogs ears only and was extremely comforting to me as well. She made a clay print of my dogs paw, which I will cherish forever. The support Dr Dale gave that day extends far beyond as she checked in on me and provided access to support groups. When I picked up my dogs remains, they where surrounded by meditation gardens and considering the circumstances (pandemic restrictions) I couldn't have asked for anything more comforting and reassuring that my dog was truly loved and that I had made the right decision. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kathy Bremer at XTerra Dalmatians

Dr. Leah was calm and reassuring with me and with Amber. She quietly approached Amber and gave the initial injection in a way that ensured Amber remained calm throughout. The entire process was very reassuring and peaceful, both for me and my cat. I cannot recommend Dr. Leah highly enough. I'm so grateful for her compassion and services.

What a very special person is Dr. Leah, a holistic veterinarian. She was recommended to us by a…read morefriend who had just lost a pet, and we needed her services to help our 15-year old dog with end-of-life care. She came to our home, checked out his sad condition, helped our dog get comfortable (eating his favorite snack) and carefully administered a sedation/pain management shot. As he relaxed and breathing slowed, we petted him and spoke loving words as she finished. He passed quietly and with dignity, surrounded by people who loved him. It was sad, yes, but it was not the traumatic kind of passing we've experienced with other pets, This was very different, and we are so grateful for Dr. Leah's caring, knowledgeable ways, Bless her, and bless our now departed Toby. She also provided all of his aftercare including the cremation and return of ashes. Please consider calling her when it is time for your pet to leave. The cost for this care is reasonable, not inexpensive but so very much worth every penny.

This place has really gone down hill!! Big time! I started going there 10 years ago and I loved it!…read moreThe girls at the front desk were amazing and the techs too they loved the animals so much! The vets too! But now omg no way! Soooo sooo soo awful! Don't ever bring your babies there ever!!!!!!!! The front desk is soo rude and doesn't even look at you or even say hello to the animal then the vet tech Pricilla was the worst!!! Just a miserable grumpy angry women! Not a smile if you paid her I bring my cat she grabs him so hard with these huge gloves and towel doesn't say hello or anything! The vet was just as bad! Rude unfriendly uncaring just horrific! I have had animals for my whole life! I grew up with a little farm we had horses cats dogs etc so I know animals very well and I have been to many vets in my lifetime! This was the worst experience of my life! I would never bring my baby to that awful place ever again! The vet didn't even touch my cat other than jab him with the shot she said she couldn't listen to his heart or look at anything? Meanwhile they have done things yearly for ten years no problem! Anyway do not ever go waste your animals time and stress to not be showed any love or care or kindness! I will tell everyone I know and all the people I sent there to never go again! I don't want anyone else's babies to go through that treatment ever again! You guys need to be shut down! Idk anyone who would want to bring their babies to a place so full of anger and just unhappy miserable people! Who don't seem to care about the animals or the people who are bringing their babies there! You need a whole new staff and or retraining and some happy pills or therapy for them! Seriously it was that bad! Get it together!
