Was just browsing on Christmas Day and the Boy Mule in Rope Beige Suede caught my eye. I didn't have my size but the SA was kind enough to have me try on the black one to make sure and ordered the beige to be shipped at my house in CA. I received them in 4 days, a day before my birthday. My husband definitely spoiled me with my holiday presents. The shoes are simple, comfortable to wear and for sure have the elevated look. My wedding shoes are also from Dior, i still wear and love them. I definitely weigh my purchases to quality vs quantity. read more

I purchased a handbag in 2011 worth $5,500, for my birthday ! I loved that bag , and only took it out for special occasions . I recently moved and the home I rented had a handyman with sticky fingers . Unfortunately the handbag was 13 years old and the insurance insisted I had a receipt , even though I had many pictures of the handbag with myself over the years . The purse had increased in value from $5,500 plus tax to $7,200, but the insurance insisted I submit a receipt for a new purse , before they give me the value of my purse . Basically I'm out $3,000 because Dior doesn't keep receipts past 10 years ! I am very disappointed to have lost my purse and the increase in replacement value ! read more

Waited in line in the evening and it went by fairly fast. Not too long and not too short. In area and wanted to purchase a nice gift. First rep I came across wa nice to help me but I was kinda thrown off he helped the couple behind me "since the had an appt" . If that was the case why wasn't he looking for them to begin with. . Anyhoo I didn't knock down stars bc if that was me with an appt, then I would like the extra VIP treatment . Luckily another gentleman helped me right away.. james was extremely patient and helped my with the options for a specific item I was looking for. Went above to follow up with me about the current status of the item.. had it held for me and kept me in the loop with the new rep at the new facility. James was awesome and deserves many points for what he did to provide an absolutely amazing customer experience !! read more

Our sales rep, Jessica was outstanding. We went to Dior to purchase a purse for my wife, for our 33rd anniversary. Jessica made very friendly and took the time to show my wife multiple purses. Staff was helpful, but boy, the quality of product was revealed when the bf picked up the shades and the lens fell out. Everything under the sun here in a compact space: toiletries case, razors, sunglasses, scarves, money clips, sweaters & outerwear. The customer service at the store was absolutely horrific. Considering the level of this designer store, the customer service was way below average. I don't want to mention any names but the lady followed us around in a way to make us feel uncomfortable. She would not let us have time to look around. She kept saying let me help you make the process quicker. We were looking at a few purses and we're not even able to try on a single item. He felt really rushed and just ended up walking out of there very disappointed. Though we walked in with the intent to purchase a saddle bag and shoes, we walked out with nothing. All due to how she treated us. This was on Sunday at 2:45 pm. I would urge management really looking to have the employees treat their customers. read more

I made an impromptu trip to the Dior Homme in Las Vegas. I walked in to look and I walked out with a pair of jeans. I have to say that it was only because of the great sales people there. Matthew Hone, was the person that was helping me and he was a great sales rep. The store itself is similar to the Dior Homme in Los Angeles. Very small, but it still carries a lot of the lines, and if it didn't then you could get any piece shipped to the store. All in all a great buying experience. read more

When I bought a bag for my mommy's birthday, they didnt tell me if that is final sales or anything. I bought it with the whole price without discount or anything, 6.500$. What I know is the return policy of Dior. After a day, my mom said she doesnt like that color. She wants to return or exchange to order style, or just put the credits there.However, the man seller, he said no on the without giving me any change. I could understand that until the young woman manager came out. She acts like who cares if I can use it or not. Moreover, she said I already sign on the paper. I feel like im being SCAM. I havent actually been in the store - but the staff is so sweet! I called New York to find out if they had a pair of jeans I wanted in and was treated like a second-class citizen by the rude and abrupt staff (who told me Vegas couldnt help either). Trusting my gut, I called and was treated wonderfully by my sales person Chris. He added me to his book, put me down for a reserve on the jeans, and promised to email me pictures - I work in high-end retail, and this is the way you should be treated. I won't even consider shopping at the New York store when I am actually in NYC, Id rather call Chris. read more

There are 3 dior homme stores in the US - Beverly Hills, Vegas, and NYC. This store is better than the Beverly Hills store because they have more selection when sales come around while all the good stuff is snatched up at the Beverly Hills location. The store is bigger than LA and its a bit more laid back. read more

Excellent boutique and extraordinary service. The sales associates here deserve their own spot, for they are attentive and know how to deal with thei rcustomers. The next part depends on your tastes, as much as I understand the Dior Homme asthetics, around the end of Hedi it seems that Dior Homme turned into a line for kids that talk about how they own Dior, when they own a pair of jeans. When your in the boutique, the jeans may be nice but unless you want to look like a teenager wearing a cheap american apparel v-neck with Dior jeans, stick to the suits and tailored wear, which those kids don't touch. The designs are interesting and with Kris in, it seems their is more detailing and is going back to the Dior asthetics. Dior Homme is the menswear division of Christian Dior, which is clothing suited for aristocratic families and setting what people should be wearing with elegant clothes, not the boheiman man, without the financial capability of affording it. read more

Very helpful staff at Dior homme, they know the styles for each season very well so they can immediately find what you are looking for. I've been there twice but since I live in the Bay Area, most of my orders have been through the phone. Brian is the salesperson I order through and having spoken with several other people (even with those in the LA and NY boutique), he seems to be the most knowledgeable and added me to the store mailing list to receive direct product pictures. It may not be a big deal but Dior homme items are very limited and sell out fast... if you're not in the know, you'll miss out on the coolest stuff... right now I'm on the waitlist for the D-point belt as client #6... if you're not on it, you won't have a chance at all... I know I know it's just a silly belt but it's more of a collector's item for me. read more

I don't like buying things off display most of the time, but the sales lady who took my information said she would call me to find one for me and never did.
