This was my very first time ever going into a Chanel store & purchasing one. I've always been told it is difficult to get classic purses, especially in black & gold! There were two parties being helped when I arrived. I got wayyy too excited & started going towards the purses. One of the staff helped me find assistance. Angelica was my kind & helpful sales associate. I was set on finding the classic rectangle mini flap in lamb skin - black & gold. Because of the limited availability, I was presented with 3 similar options- all black & gold mini flaps (one in caviar, one in aged calf skin, & the other in lamb skin). I'm not going to pretend like I know the "styles". Angelica patiently explained each of the seasonal styles & leather. I ended up with this gorgeous Mini Flap Bag with Top Handle in Caviar Calfskin & Gold-Tone Metal, Black. I was so close to picking the lambskin like the lady next to me because of the soft texture & shine. My friend talked me out of it due to it's delicate skin & much needed maintenance. Angelica notified me that they recently got my purse shipped that morning & it was the last one left. I knew I needed it. Another person was already trying to purchase it while I was looking at it. The mini flap with lamb skin was also the last since the lady next to me just purchased it. I didn't realize how sought out these purses were! I was so lucky & tremendously thankful for even having options of black & gold! I feel like I was in this store for about half an hour & these limited purses were going so quickly. I'm so thankful for Angelica for being so patient with me - explained everything, showed me how to wear the purses, & let me try them on. I came here because I wasn't able to get things in Paris. I stood outside of the boutique in Champ Elysee for 1.5 h just to get in and find out there is another 2 hour wait line in the store for sales rep. And you can't buy anything without them. Few months later I was excited to see same boots that I saw in boutique there and Keiko was very nice to help me with my purchase. I was in and out in 40 minutes with trying different style shoes. I walked around and was not acknowledged by anyone for a good ten minutes until I walked towards the cashier counter where Christina greeted me. I told Christina the bags I was interested in and she said that they were in stock but she had to check which leather and hardwares were available. I debated on getting a black small classic flap or a black medium Boy bag. When I saw the Boy Bag in Black with Ruthenium hardware, I knew that was it! I wanted that particular bag for a long time and was so happy that they had it in stock. I plan to use it as a daily crossbody bag. I was considering getting it in the large size but it was too big and I couldn't crossbody the bag in a large size with my body frame. Christina let me look at the bag before it was packaged and asked if I wanted the holiday packaging. The holiday ribbons and packaging is stunning. While we waited, we were offered flat and sparking water. My experience was exceptional! I'm so glad to meet Christina. She also shared her contact information so if I wanted additional items, I can call her and have it shipped to me. These two associations at the Chanel store were extremely rude and unprofessional. As one does I was walking and decided to stop inside the Chanel store to look around when I came across a good photo opportunity so we asked the security guard that stands by the door if it was okay to take some pictures which he agreed to. These two associates notice and start acting completely unprofessional making nasty faces and clearing trying to purposely be right in the photos. As well as mocking us and laughing at us. I've never been treated like this for simply taking pictures and being somewhere we're given permission to be. I would definitely not buy from either of these ladies especially if you're a person of color. I would also like to add that these two associates where the only ones "working" that were bothered by the photos being taken. One of my favorite CHANEL locations. I bought my largest bag here in January 2020 and it is absolutely stunning and one of a kind. I received follow-up after my purchase and the woman helping me was very helpful and kind. My other CHANEL's were purchased in Rome and San Francisco, both nice locations but nothing like the one on the strip in Vegas. These handbags last for life, and are 100% worth every penny. You can feel the craftsmanship every time you put it on. My motto is, with a nice bag you can get away with almost anything else wardrobe wise. CHANEL is my only choice for luxury hand bags and it will stay that way unless for some reason they betray me ;) Heading back next month again for CES and am definitely treating myself to another beautiful bag to reward myself. read more

I have been a fan of Chanel since I was young and when I was able to afford it, I had been buying purses and shoes from LA and SD. With the impact of social media in luxury products, it's been harder and harder to get the stuffs I needed due to supply and demand and I noticed most of the SAs are focused on different clientele aka selling thru IG and getting extra fee for their service. Though I continue to purchase in the past years, I am not that satisfied with the SAs that helped me which gives fake promises and was just being helpful cuz you are in front of them. After visiting Bellagio last April and being helped by Kathleen and Connie, I enjoyed shopping at Chanel again and have been happier with my Chanel experience. Kathleen gives the best makeup advice and does great in her job. I call her the face of Chanel as you can't missed her in the beauty section with her very classy style and some gorgeous pearls. She works with Connie who is another exceptional SA who does help her clients as much as she can and goes above and beyond to deliver a memorable Chanel experience. After searching for a boutique that will satisfy my CC cravings, I now feel assured that I have these go to people whenever I'm in town or who are just a text away if I've been itching for another purse or shoes . I walked out getting the blush, tinted foundation and foundation blush. I visit Vegas several times a year, visiting my uncle. I came in to look for a card holder and was quickly greeted by several staffs. They were all friendly and welcoming. Vicky was the SA that helped me, she was very sweet and not aggressive with the sales. She let me browse at the different card holders that I was interested in buying. When I was done looking at them, she suggest a mini wallet. For an additional $75, the wallet has more function than the card holder. I completely agreed with her suggestion as I didn't consider it from the beginning. I appreciate her patience for letting my browse before making suggestions. Her actions showed that she wants to please her customer and want them to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Vicky Lau if you're ever in the market for any Chanel products.
