Had an absolutely wonderful experience here at the Wynn Chrome Hearts. We had came on 2 separate days and we were helped by Dominique on 1 day and Dane another day. These 2 employees were incredibly helpful and made the experience stress free and very fun. They both were so encouraging to allow my boyfriend to try on a variety of pieces and really let him take his time in making his selection. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave insightful feedback on which jewelry pieces would be the best fit for him. We loved how little pressure they put on us. This was a breath of fresh air because we had been dealing with pushy salespeople all day at the neighboring stores. My boyfriend left with a new bracelet and necklace that he is absolutely in love with thanks to this wonderful staff! One thing to be mindful of is that they have specific times available for walk-ins and other times available for appointments. I think the previous reviews are pretty silly considering these guidelines are clearly stated on the door. The door lady was so sweet when communicating this to us. I honestly feel sorry for all the nasty people she has to deal with just because they can't accept their basic guidelines. People, be more considerate! Worst customer service i've ever seen!!! hi i dont know where else to write in.where can i write a complaint on Las Vegas Chrome Hearts store employee and store stuff for being unprofessional and admitting that they dont want to help!!!the employees name is Ajay and i have his photo and video!!!they havent been as wering the store phone all day and later when i went to store 6:30 they didnt let me in saying its open till 6 when i see its open till 7!!!they said that one hours is for appointments only which i've been calling to get one and no one was answering.now infront of the store i asked them i know exactly what hoodie i want and i've been there in the morning so all i need to do i check out.he there is no capacity its for only appointments which they didnt even have any appointments cuz they not answering the phone.i've waited till 7 and there is no appointments!!!there is no one inside they just want to close soon thats why they doing this not andwering phone calls for appointments and closing your store an hour early which they could've easyly sold me the hoodie!!!!the store was all emty only employees closing it up 30 minutes early not trying to help and talk rude and admit that they are not there for helping me!!!!terrible customer service.look at the call log how many times we've called them through the day and no one answered.and this only one phone i'vve called a lot from other phone number too!!! Amazing customer service. Alfonso helped us out and he was extremely patient and came across as very genuine. He really took his time to make sure I found the perfect ring for me. Chrome Heart at the Caesars is my to go spot. But On April 4, I was visiting Chrome Heart inside the Wynn with my friends and I had the worst experience ever!! I was trying to buy a specific shirt but in multiple sizes, the sales person refuse to sell it to me and told me I can only buy one of that specific shirt from the store. And if I want to buy multiple shirts from the store, it would have to be different merch. I was shock! When I tried to ask a different sales person, I'm told that I would have to deal with that same sales person. I was very mad and upset! I never had such experience at any other Chrome Heart Store! Before today I was a heavy supporter of you alls brand. After my experience at the Wynn Las Vegas location today I feel as though the manager of this location is very racist, now I'm sure this isn't a reflection of you alls entire company, but Literally before closing the manager told me as well as the doormen that the store was closing therefore I couldn't not be allowed access inside to shop. At this time is was 6:53pm, About 10 seconds into our convo the manager and myself were approached by a group of 4 Asians who said " hey we were here early today and we are back to buy a jacket we wanted earlier. " the manager and doormen said sure your good come on in and buy the jacket. I then asked both the manager of this location and doormen how and in what way is this an appropriate way to treat someone ? I was then told a few lies that they had an appointment therefore they were allowed to come back while the store, as I was told moments before was closed for the day.
