Quantity is not a question. I believe its only one quantity but a cup has 7-8 rolled ice cream pieces. Then you get all those toppings. I had a tough time finishing it, definitely could feed 2-3 people if you considered sharing. They have a bunch of pre-made flavors...all of which I only liked some things about. For example, I got the Matcha Mania which has matched ice cream, oreo pieces, red bean, mochi, and condensed milk drizzle. Sounds like a boba shop dream but I personally didn't think the red bean and Oreos meshed well with the rest. Return? probably not Recommend? The only problem I have is that I eat it so quickly sometimes that I get brain freeze and one time I got ice cream on my cell phone and I was tempted for just a moment to lick it off.
