I wasn't trying to sit there and consume something I bought somewhere else instead of purchasing anything. I was literally there to buy their coffee and customize it with something I already had. At some point, a business needs to realize that customer service matters. Policies can be enforced without treating customers like they're a nuisance for walking through the door. I've given this place multiple chances, and the consistently unpleasant interactions have completely outweighed whatever I like about their coffee. There are plenty of other coffee shops where I can spend my money and actually feel welcome. I won't be back.
