We have called and made contact with a live agent each time. We were assisted with promises to have the policy sent to our private e-mails and also a physical hard copy sent to our home address. After five months and several calls unfortunatly NO ACTION taken on their part. The regestration is still due on my vech. and i can not get it renewed without a physical copy of my policy. On my final attempt to retrieve this copy of the policy Mrs.Rose was the bright light in a very otherwise dark intity. Mrs. Rose went above and beyond her duties as an agent to ensure my satification was met first and foremost. So while on this call Mrs.Rose waited to confirm we had gotten the digital copy in both of our e-mails. At this moment we are still waiting on the physical hard copy to apear at our home address. I had what I thought was a decent insurance agent taking care of me-well...lets just say that was NOT the case. After a branch fell and took out the electrical post to my house, I come to find out that my policy not only didn't cover it, but that my insurance agent was nowhere to be found!
