Shelly Holt was so wonderful to work with and very thorough in her assessment of our insurance needs. Horrible service. Allstate failed to notify State I am insured. Wife nearly got arrested. When I called they failed to do anything. Had to call Allstate National and spent three days working out paperwork. This agency just wants your money, but they have no clue what they're doing. read more

I've been with Allstate over 20 years. They've insured my auto & home. I've been through three different agents in this timeframe. My last agent retired, and this office is new to me. I don't know anyone personally there, but they treated me like they knew me personally. I thought all the more so to express how helpful the office was. Cayden, was great with assisting me with a highly important, time sensitive task. He was on it!! It's commendable when business go through a change, and it's flawless for the customer.
