Was told to wait in waiting room while he pulled the vehicle around back for inspection and estimate on the damages. Staff was friendly and offered coffee and there was television to occupy the time. Was in and out within 30 minutes...more like 15 I believe. The representative went over everything he had found and explained the process and how we could take our vehicle to the body shop we had already chosen. It was a great process and the employees could not have been more helpful or friendly.
