Some friends of mine back East tell me that waiting for forty five minutes to ninety minutes to see a doctor is the norm. The office ladies are nice and cheerful. Dr Babbitt suggests the typical tests women and men should have but does not insist you have them. He just leaves it up to the patient. He's smart , knows what he's doing but very laid back. I'm comfortable with Dr Babbitt. I saw him recently for UTI. He sent, immediately a prescription for Bactrim. Five days later I felt better but not as much as I thought I should. His nurse called me and said the urinalysis showed that my UTI would be resistant to Bactrim and they called in a prescription for Amoxicillin and said to throw out the Bactrim. I am so appreciative of this personal attention to my test results.

They really are doing it right. They have studied the ER experience from the patients perspective and have managed to create an environment and overall experience that tailors to the patients needs and promotes wellness physically, mentally and emotionally. Every detail is so intentional from the waiting room that looks like a hotel resort guest check-in lobby to the food and drinks they provide if you're hungry. There were Patient Advocates that made rounds about every half hour to see if we needed anything. They passed around dinner plates, dessert, wellness juice shots and even provided me with a Hospitality Health ER blanket to take home. Not to mention upon discharge they provided me with a parting gift! The staff were prompt to take us right away into a room and immediately began to start my workup. There was no wait, which is unheard of for an ER visit. All the staff were so warm, compassionate and accomidating. WOW they really knocked it out of the park and I'm beyond impressed. Having just moved from CA I am seeing that "southern hospitality" really is a thing and the care you recieve here is true to it's name! This is definitely the only ER I would ever visit from now on.

The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. You are not just valued, you are seen and heard and given your humanity back from a world that would much rather see you as a number and another insurance write off or someone who is crazy. The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. Trying to get my prescription sent to the correct pharmacy was an issue. After calling the Plano office, my concerns were addressed and the delay was clearly explained. I appreciate their honestly and I have already seen some results. This experience actually exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this clinic for distance telemedicine and look forward to continuing with their program. Finding them during this awful pandemic has been a blessing for the waistline.
