A 3 years package was offered and we made a quick deal. A technician was despatched to our house 2nd day in the morning and installation was done in just about one hour. Then a demonstration and detailed explanation on downloading related Apps into mobile and usage of the system was given after that. A few days later, we found the alarm was triggered a few times while nothing occurred in the late evening after syestem being set to home stay mode. We called True Petotection and the next day the same technician came over for a through test and checking. Some old sensor was found malfunction and he replaced all for us right away. A follow up phone call was made to us the day after with apology of inconvenience caused and everything was perfect after that. Nice peoples and great job. Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. The weld is sloppy, unfinished, and frankly unacceptable for a professional security company. Cultris acknowledged the issue and told us they would come back and clean it up. Two years later, they still haven't done it. Unfortunately, the poor workmanship and lack of follow-through aren't the only problems we've experienced. When we previously posted negative reviews about our experience on Google and Yelp, the owners pressured us to remove those reviews as a condition of avoiding a termination fee. We ultimately removed them, but we regret doing so because it prevented other potential customers from seeing our experience. We're not going to make that mistake again. At this point, we'd rather pay the termination fee and be completely done with the company than allow a financial penalty to determine whether future customers get an honest picture of our experience. A low price isn't an excuse for poor workmanship, poor service, or failing to stand behind your work. If timely service, quality workmanship, accountability, and customer service matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Our experience with Cultris Security has been extremely disappointing, and we would never hire them again.
