About a year ago, I hired them to repair my alarm system by replacing the main pad, which they did promptly and well. The office staff is as kind as they can be. Very nice and responsive. The guys who come to install are friendly and professional. We had a communication and understanding issue regarding the pricing structure of the video doorbell service, and I don't believe it was due to bad intent. Just better communication was needed, which I have discussed with Omar. To his credit, Omar has made it right, which indicates to me he is a business owner who values his strong reputation. Good people and good companies are hard to find these days. I've had AT&T Digital Life for over five years. During those five years, I've spent thousands literally on upgrading my security system with cameras and home automation. I felt stuck with AT&T because I knew if I switched companies, I would have to come up with thousands to get the same level of automation. I called AT&T to ask them what it would cost to install four additional cameras in my home. Each camera was $250 plus labor! I thought hell, I could buy my own and have them installed for cheaper. Like most people, I started reading reviews for security systems. I wanted someone local, and I didn't want to deal with some foreign customer service center when I had a problem. Omar the owner, was very pleasant, courteous, listened to my needs, wants and assured there would not be an issue. His technician(s), Christopher Muniz, and his apprentice were very efficient, not an easy task by no means, they didn't complain, ran into slight difficulty and it was easily overcame. They offered good recommendations, when they made a mess they cleaned it up, even following Xfinity's mess they didn't clean up. I do not remember which friend and/or colleague referred them but I'm glad I went w/ them. I kept them a little late for the next person (sorry). My set up wasn't as easy as it sounded. I was recently installed a security camera system by Lightspeed Security. I am really impressed with the company's professionalism and easy process to complete the installation. From the beginning, Omar (owner) was easy to talk to and explained different options according to my main concerns. He followed with different options and send a detailed estimate. The next day, Chris (main installer) was at my business on time and did a detailed walk through and discussed placement of cameras among other things.
