Not only did they take care of the problem that I originally needed. They helped me see that another one of my tires was in need of a repair too. The technician I had came all the way from downtown Orlando and back just to help me get my car back on the road. Shout out to them. A brand new tire at tires plus was $110 after tax. They are predatory. She also never gives her credit Card number out so she gave the number over the phone. Then today she receives a fraudulent charge in her phone. She always taps and never gives her number out. Very unethical. Would never recommend this place. We asked for a refund for the tire and they told us we had to drive the bald tire to Cocoa. This tire was changed in Winter Garden.

Greg (the owner) called me back right away, took a few details, and was on his way. He arrived about 20 minutes later, quickly found the puncture, repaired the tire, and provided a receipt. From my initial call to completion, the entire process took about 45 minutes. I was very pleased. Compared to the hassle of using a spare and then going to a tire shop, waiting, and paying for the fix (btw, their prices have gone up) this was zero stress, quick, and very convenient. We filed a AAA claim to get assistance and also called the police. Within minutes, Nate F. called us to first see if we were okay and confirm our location. We]called the police due to our location on the highway being extremely unsafe and no space to change the tire. The officer arrived and then left us! We couldn't believe he wasn't going to keep his lights on to not only protect us from getting hit by oncoming traffic but also prevent other drivers from hitting the same pothole. Within minutes, Nate arrived, immediately had his flashing lights on, and started diverting traffic to keep everyone in the safest position possible, given the situation. Sent photos. No reply call received. Called again and asked if they could review the photos. They said they could look at photos and would call back. No return call. Called again... they said they are very busy and the person was outside and they would call back. No return call. Called again... David said that they cannot look at photos and the tire would need to be brought in to see if Warranty would cover it. He would not give an appointment time.
