We used Honda Dr around this time last year for the convenience. They replaced our alternator. 9…read moremonths later my wife coasted into the Honda Dr parking lot as the Van was having an issue needing a new alternator. Honda Dr explained that their employees all quit, and they couldn't do the work because of labor issues. They informed us to go to AutoZone and obtain the part ourselves. As I didn't really have a choice, we left the car with the Honda Dr in hopes they would do some of the work. After 48 hours they hadn't touched my car leaving it behind PostTime where the AAA tow truck driver dropped the car. I reached out to AutoZone, and I obtained the part, we had my car towed from Honda Dr and found a nice mechanic that replaced my alternator in less than 3 hours. Overall customer service is lacking with the Honda Dr. Communication horrible as the voicemail inbox is full and you can't get ahold of anybody. Honda Dr didn't really stand for up for any warranted parts or labor. As for value labor was cheaper on the replacement alternator then what I originally paid to have the part put in a year again. To wrap my review its easy to say I won't be doing business anytime soon with the Honda Dr. They will miss out on my money plus any word-of-mouth referrals as I would never send anybody to them. If you want your car stuck with them for weeks go for it and let them do the work for you. If you want the work done faster and cheaper find anybody else.

Eventually, our car was ready 3 weeks after we dropped it off. This is no big deal, as they were waiting on parts for a while and provided us a loaner when we returned. The only reason they are not getting a 5 star review is because of the customer service. When your car is in the shop for that long, a technician should be reaching out every 2-3 days to provide an update. We had to reach out nearly every time and even then, would hardly get a definite answer on when the car was ready and what was wrong.
