After a terrible red eye flight ( no sleep ) and arriving at Wally Park to a dead Prius battery (they didn't help me at all) , I called AAA and got a driver named Dae who not only called to confirm the type of Prius I had, but gave me is ETA, showed up earlier than anticipated, put up with nonsense from Wally Park about how to get in, jumped my 12v , stayed with me, and even waited until I got out of Wally Park to make sure my car wouldn't lose the charge. He was so nice I gave him a hug. Dae was my hero today. Thank you Dae for being one of the good guys. And thank you AAA for hiring and training the best.

The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine. They quote a price at the beginning and stay true with it. The payment is through your phone so there's no shady cash transactions or hidden fees at the last minute. Specifically for my situation, they estimated 2 hours and came in 1.5 hours. The main truck couldn't fit in my garage, so they called another person to come to tow it out of the parking garage. Super friendly. I'm contacting them for all towing services in the Orlando area moving forward.

In other words, if you can get a flatbed tow for the same price as a lift tow, definitely take the flatbed tow! If you value your vehicle, do not take it to this business…read more I bought a deal they had on Groupon for an oil change. I had to call four separate times just to schedule a basic oil change. Each time, I was given a different excuse as to why they could not perform the service. Eventually, I was told to call back on Thursday to schedule for Friday -- which I did exactly as instructed. When I called back, they again asked for my vehicle's make and year. At that point, I was told the promotional deal only applied to vehicles 2015 and newer. This restriction was never mentioned during any of my previous calls, nor is it stated anywhere in the advertised description. To introduce new conditions at the last minute is dishonest and completely unacceptable -- especially for something as routine as an oil change. Despite the red flags, I proceeded with the service. When I returned home, I checked the oil level because by that point I had zero confidence in the quality of their work. The oil level was nearly a full inch above the maximum fill line. Overfilling engine oil is not a minor mistake -- it can cause serious damage to an engine. This level of negligence is alarming. The owner was busy talking on his phone throughout the service, and it is clear he either failed to properly check the oil level afterward or could not be bothered to correct it. Either explanation is unacceptable. Had I not double-checked their work, my engine could have suffered significant damage. That is not just poor service -- it is reckless. I strongly urge others to think carefully before trusting this business with their vehicle.

When we pulled in, we discovered that one of our slide outs was sitting askew and was partly off of its track. Definitely not right and a huge worry! Putting the slide out and then back in did not fix it. It was almost 6 o'clock, and we didn't have much hope of getting help that same night, but we quickly jumped online and that's when I found East to West Mobile RV Services. We called and reached Freddy who answered immediately. He is just a super awesome very friendly guy and got there in less than 15 minutes. He arrived in his extremely well organized work truck with every tool known to man. We felt like he could fix anything! (and he did!) Freddy spent well over an hour and a half with us. He not only fixed our slide and was very knowledgeable about how it worked and explained it all to us, but he fixed several other little nagging problems that we had not yet gotten around to. He did it all with a smile on his face and we had a lot of laughs talking with him. He's truly a wonderful guy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. That raised a red flag and so I began looking over my vehicle while it was still on the truck. I immediately noticed the catalytic converter was missing and that it had just been cut off. I know because I too am a mechanic. The freshly cut metal was still shiny and there were little flakes of metal and blue paint from the sawblade hanging from the cut pipes. Very obvious. When I started taking pictures of the van still on his truck he became very hostile telling me I had better delete those pictures while trying to get my van off his truck as quickly as he could. After he unloaded the van he began chasing me around my front yard telling me he was going to kick my ass if I didn't delete the pictures I took of my van and his truck. I did not and the police are investigating. If I were you I WOULD CALL A DIFFERENT TOWING COMPANY. BUT IF YOU LIKE TAKING CHANCES CHECK UNDER YOUR CAR BEFORE THEY LEAVE. IM SURE THE PLAN WAS FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO CLAIM IT WAS STOLEN AFTER THEY DROPPED IT OFF. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
