The installer was surly, left me with a beat up and out of date pamphlet on how to use DirectTV, and then hid the old satellite dish around the side of my house for me to discover and dispose of later. This time I wanted to change to a faster internet provider. I have been lied to by them about the price, my options, and then the installation date. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and inform me that they would not be showing up. I have cancelled my installation and will continue with my slower provider until a better option becomes available. Do not do business with these people. It only encourages them to treat their customers badly.
