A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. I have had nothing but terrible service with my AT&T Direct TV equipment almost since day one. My master bedroom goes out at least twice a week. I can't get wi-fi in my backyard. Tried to record a program tonight & it first told me it was over but program didn't start for 6 more hours. Then, program starts & it tells me my billing zip code won't allow me to record this local channel. Spend over 50 minutes on the phone & trying to tell me my info they have on file does not match what I gave them. Then she tries to send a reset code to my email numerous times Checked all my emails & nothing has come thru. Can't tell me what email address they are sending it to for privacy issue. Ask them how it can be wrong when the shitty equipment arrived at my address I provided & all my bills & junk mail from them arrives just fine in my mailbox. I've had nothing but TERRIBLE service from them & customer service has never fixed any of my concerns. They want me to invest in an extender to get wi-fi in my backyard & want me to change my plan to a different plan for $10 a month more to get service in master bedroom to work more than a few days a week. Now I'm told only way to resolve this is go to my local store & fix the wrong info. What wrong info? Ya'll know my address when I need to get a bill. It will cost me around $100 to cancel their garbage & get someone one else that has better equipment. DO NOT RECOMMEND DIRECT TV SERVICE TO ANYONE. I have been ripped off again by Direct TV. I called and added the sports package and ask if Fox sports 2 was included and was to yes.
